Riads in Agadir

The riad was so lovely. The staff and everyone who worked there were so great and kind. The small number of rooms meant that we got to know the other guests and the people who ran the riad, which felt really homey. We had dinner at the riad two nights. The food was lovely, and it was a really nice experience to sit with the other guests and talk. I'd highly recommend attending the dinner at least once. A completely unique experience we wouldn't have gotten if we were in a standard hotel. I felt we got closer to the people who actually live in Agadir. The location of the riad was great, it was a 20 min walk to the beach, and a 10 min walk to the souk. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily. The riad itself was such a wonderfully beautiful space. We really enjoyed the rooftop terrace, where we spent a lot of time just enjoying the sun and relaxing. We'll be back!!

Staying for our last four days and three nights at the Asmaa Riad (Agadir) -- ending our 11- day Moroccan tour and after much hoopla and beauty from Morocco’s mid-Atlantic coast e.g., Sini Ifni & Mirleft to its inner Taroudant & Marrakesh, was a perfect way to end our vacation. Impressive! Asmaa’s Riad is a traditionally elegant well-manicured Moroccan styled miniature palace. Our first view inside the Riad was heavenly. The interior secret gardens come with a meditative path. Our Junior Suite faced directly into the center courtyard’s refreshing pool. Now we could really relax. We were inside the heart of this palace and its architecture splendor. Moroccan Cooking Class Moroccan Tajine cooking class fresh meatball (Paleo) tomato sauce. After our first night with Asmaa & her staffs Moroccan cooking, I was grateful to take a personal 1:1 cooking class with Asmaa. Amazingly, I quickly learned how to use the traditional clay Tajine to make fresh tomato sauce and small fresh beef meatballs served with Couscous, fresh vegetable and for desert fresh sliced papaya and oranges picked right off of her tree. Personalized health-oriented and Moroccan culture excursions Asmaa offered us personalized healthy and safe excursions into the Agadir countryside to mediate to an impressive real-world visit to the Cooperative Argan Commune Rurale de Draga Agadir. Here we saw firsthand how the individual woman’s contributions in teamwork and collectively accomplishing a rewarding business goal. We learned how Argan oil is processed from the beginning to the end! Always understated and not pushy, Asmaa has local wares, spices, ceramics, and garments for sale. This meant that we did not have to barter in the bigger towns for any trinket to bring back home with us!!

The place is sort of in the middle of nowhere, it is the perfect get away, with the ocean, just 10 min away you're surrounded by a deserty landscape, with horses, donkeys, chickens ;)

Hamoud was an amazing host. He made the most delicious dinner I've ever had (chicken tagine) and then brought our passports nearly an hour to the airport after we forgot them.

Ayub anf Berta welcomed me super warmly, even if I arrived spontaneously long before the check in time, they invited me to stay in. Ayub arranged a surf class for me within no time with a super nice teacher. The room was beautiful, clean and with everything I needed: fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel... The roof top is amazing, I woke up early to see the sum rise and do yoga there, there is view on the beach, its peaceful and you see the birds. The breakfast was delicious,typical mareoccan breakfast made with love ❤️ The location is on the hills and the way to the beach is easy, there is one way through the hill that you can only take if you are fit but there is another way through the streets which is not much longer and goes through the noce shops and restaurants, which is super cute. There is a little souk on Tuesdays evening you shouldn't miss.

Our recent holiday in Morocco was truly unforgettable, thanks in large part to our wonderful accommodation booked through booking.com. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and orderliness that permeated every corner of the property. Our room was cleaned daily, and the entire building had been beautifully renovated, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with organizing activities and recommending great local restaurants. No question or request was too small; their attentiveness made us feel truly welcome and well cared for. We opted to try the dinner offered by the accommodation a few times. While it was a bit pricier compared to local dining options, it was absolutely worth it. We enjoyed delicious and abundant meals served on the rooftop terrace, where we could watch the sunset over the coastline—a view also available from rooms with private terraces. The riad’s accessibility and its immediate surroundings could benefit from some improvements, but this is beyond the control of the hosts and did not detract significantly from our experience. Contrary to some information we had read beforehand, we were able to park our rental car in a private parking lot nearby, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Morocco. The combination of excellent service, comfortable amenities, and breathtaking views made our trip truly special.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Ait Sonia. Salim and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We even celebrated a birthday during our visit, and they went above and beyond to make it truly special! Tamraght itself is charming, with plenty of lovely cafés to explore and cute shops for souvenirs.

The space was so calm and quiet. Perfect for relaxing. Location was convenient if you have a car. The people were so nice and helpful! Great place.

The facility was beautiful with both historical and modern touches - very elegant. The staff were incredible - all went above and beyond to make sure everyone in your group was comfortable and happy. The food was delicious and so nicely presented. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this riad.
