Very friendly end extremely attentive staff, spacious and very clean room. Beautiful area with small pool, lounge and breakfast area. Pub with good food directly next door, all other restaurants approx 5-10 by car

Fabulous stay. The host and staff were wonderful. Mentioned before checking in that it was my partners birthday. Received Champagne and birthday card in the room. Excellent breakfast. Can only highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We loved Last Word so much, we came back for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint!!! Sam, Tess and the staff feel like family and coordinated breakfast in the room for our aging mother and even an in-unit manicure! We can’t say enough about Last Word! Absolute perfection!!!

I've been on 4 trips to Cape Town this year and there is no other place I will stay. The staff are kind, the food - exceptional, the rooms - impeccable, and the internet is stronger than my home Wifi in the USA. I could work and lounge here all day every day. It's absolute HEAVEN!

An absolute oasis - we awoke to the sound of birds and a paradise of lush trees and flowers. The perfect place for an impromptu wedding!!! Sam and Tess are delightful and we cannot wait to return again soon!!!

You could hear the people talking in the other room talking so was a bit disturbing

This stay constituted a quiet, lovely getaway over a long weekend where much needed rest was had. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us as we also attended a wedding nearby on the one day. Wonderful friendly staff and top class location.

No usb or twin plug charge points at the bed Noise from reception areas to the suite, although not excessive as the establishment was not busy Coffee and sweetener was not refilled on day 2. Only things I used other than water.

Large comfortable suite. Ample space for 2 people Dressing table was well laid out and had good plug point options. Bathroom with separate WC, and double vanity Good lighting all over, although a bit confusing at first to find the right switch. Turn down service was impeccable with a lovely mini dessert as an added touch Staff were lovely and friendly Great cappuccinos!! I did not have breakfast so cannot comment on food. Shopping centre very close by and right next door to Peddlars. Also close to M3 offramps Gardens and pool area are lovely!
