There was nothing not to like.

We stayed for 2 nights from 14th to 16th of May 2024. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman at reception and led to Unit 5 which was allocated to us. The unit was perfect! As you entered, the first thing that caught your attention was the gorgeous view of the lagoon! Downstairs was the kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you would need for a self catering unit. Up the stairs, you have a bathroom, a jacuzzi,a walk in cupboard and a main bedroom leading to the balcony. This became our favorite spot...sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sun rise and sun sets. Everything was just as we could have imagined. The house keeping staff was friendly and eager to assist if needed. There was a burst pipe on our first night, ofcourse not within the control of the owners, but they genuinely were so amazing. They brought us some drinking water and a few bottles of water for sanitation, etc They really went over and beyond the call of duty to assist us for something they had not anticipated nor had any control of, and this speaks volumes . Fortunately last night the water was restored and we could enjoy the jacuzzi. All in all, 5 stars are not sufficient, they deserve a solid 10. Thank you for the awesome stay and your great hosting. This was a splendidly spacious apartment on two floors with glorious views of the lagoon and Knysna Heads. The gas hob and oven worked well and were proof against load-shedding. The bed and the lounge seating were very comfortable. The swimming pool was close by and very refreshing. I would recommend this property for an extended stay. The bathroom and the shower room both worked well. The staff were great!

What a lovely place to stay. Nice location, just outside of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Clean, friendly, & quiet. Lovely restaurant at the waterfront... "O Pescador." Best steak I have had in a long time. About 1 min away from accommodation there is a delightful little pub, Bosun Arms. Wonderful atmosphere. Would I recommend this place to friends and family, 100% YES!!!

The staff were not helpful at all. Especially the 2 Male staff.

The sunset view on the lagoon and the location was very central. Also, the jacuzzi bath was so relaxing after a busy day touring.

The smell in the room wasn’t that great. It’s was not smelling bad but not too pleasant either. That’s probably due to the wooden structure of the place but if something can be done to improve the conditions in that regard, that would be great.

Nice and peaceful location. The room was clean and had all the necessary items. The balcony was so relaxing.

Safe and secure. Well kept and the pool was lovely to take a dip after a long drive.
