The room was pretty small for a family of 3 adults and 1 child. There was no space to put an extra bed in the room even if they could. Also the mattress was hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

The process of check in to check out was so comfortable thanks to the courteous and helpful staff at the hotel. We got late for breakfast one day but they made sure our family got the food. Any small issues in the room was solved immediately by the hospital staff.

The rooms didn't look quite like their photos. I think we were given the worst room at the hotel but aside from that they also look very dark and stingy.

The location was perfect. It was on a really quiet street and walking distance to almost everything. The customer service from staff was exceptional.

Hotel staff very welcoming especially Mrs Joy. Wright from the rezervation she answered all the questions and made our stay stress free. Hotell clean and beds are comfortable, food is fresh and delicious. May needs a bit of maintenance to bring it up to exceptional, but everything is working fine and for the price is truly nothing to complain about it. Definately recommending.

The cleanliness is not very great. Carpets in the hallways are old and dirty. Walls of rooms and wood work are all old and stained.

It's a small hotel in a residential area near West lake. At first look, you will be disappointed, but the rooms have all the amenities that you would expect. Breakfast is good although the refill is a little slow. The best thing about the hotel I liked is their service. I requested for a late check out and they considered it immediately. I liked the shower as the water flow was good.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was arranged by the hotel but provided by a third party. The provider did not follow the instructions provided by the hotel to wait inside the terminal near the arrivals exit point (he was eventually found outside the terminal). The driver then drove in an excessively aggressive manner, Not having been in Vietnam before, initially I thought that this driving may have been the accepted standard. However, subsequent experiences of driving in Vietnam did not replicate this aggressive manner. The hotel should discontinue using this particular third party provider and should better vet future third party providers.

Comfortable and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The location was slightly further away from the old town than some other similar hotels, but close to a quieter and more attractive neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

Room was a bit outdated and breakfast was not a lot of variety, but it was OK.

We really liked the location of the hotel which was away from the Old Quarter and along the lake, in the Truc Bach area, which is safe to walk around at night but away from the hustle and bustle and noise of the OQ. Staff were really friendly, we were able to store our bags while we went out of town. They upgraded our room so we had quite a large room to spread out in. Room and bathroom were clean.

An attendant was absent most times during the breakfasts I attended. If no one is there to clean tables between uses, the guest has no choice but to sit at a dirty table.

Location was perfect, friendly helpful staff, modern well appointed room and bath. The included breakfast buffet is delicious and includes authentic Vietnamese dishes. The massage I received through arrangement of the hotel was excellent.

Wifi is bad. Breakfast was normal (sometimes in the morning, around 7:00am, coffee and tea was cool already although I hope it should be hot). and didn't meet my expect like our experiences in other hotels in Hanoi before.

Confirm reservation was cancel last minute by the hotel.

We did not manage stay at the hotel as our reservation was cancel last minute by the hotel and they transfer us to another similar hotel. We were dispointed as we have already had a confirm reservation with them.

We stayed there for only one night so there’s not much to say. But our room was very spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable too. The location is nice and near many good restaurants. Good value for money in my opinion.

Rooms are a little small but okay for my family for a night stay.

Staff- very helpful, and polite. Breakfast- not a wide spread but satisfied with some western and local dishes. Location- far from Old Quarter but Da Binh is a nice area away from the crazy traffic and the lake is at walking distance. There is an Indian restaurant, a nice quaint coffee place overlooking the park/playground, and even a cat cafe nearby!
