Need to improve furniture n facilities in room

Its easy to move to beach and other city attractions. Although the furniture and facilities are old but accepted with cheap budget

The street noise was horrible. In the bathroom one light didn't work so it was pretty dark. It felt a bit worn. It's a bit of a walk to the next breakfast place.

I stayed in room 301. The view of the river was nice. The bed and the lighting were good. AC was good as well. The receptionist Tony speaks good English and was very helpful and friendly.

The overall condition of the place is a bit dilapidated, things like signs were broken, missing letters etc. which made it feel semi-abandoned. The walls were pretty dirty and the room was basic, which at this price is not the worst. The windows don't seal properly so there is a lot of road noise, good if you like to sleep to highway sounds through. Also keep in mind they will ask you to wait while they check your room when you check out (to see if you have used anything from the minibar) so if you're on a time schedule, allow for that.

It's a pretty old and run-down hotel, but for the price, you're getting enough. You could stay in a nicer hostel and forgo the privacy and your own bathroom at this price. The staff are friendly and honest people; I realised when I got to my room that I had been given the incorrect change when I paid, but before I went down to ask about it, someone from reception was already at my door to give me the difference without my mentioning. The bathroom was somewhat renovated and nice to take a hot shower in.

Just only one thing that turndown service is not available until I required even though my whole stay is 5 nites.

Location is good, just few steps to walk to the Han River, good price offered, nice and friendly staffs.

They charge for still water in mini. So if you want additional water, you need to ask it on the desk, which is kind of strange

The window didn't seal shut and being in a river view room means being on the road. It wasn't that noisy for me as I live in a city but it's worth considering.

The staff are very friendly! Even though there was a language barrier they were very helpful to me. The room was great value for money. The corridors could do with a freshen up but I thought the room was done well and clean.

A bit hard to use the bathtube as a shower without pouring water in the whole bathroom. Provided snacks in the room were not marked with prices so suggested to be free but they were not. Windows did not really close so you could hear the traffic as if they were open.

Huge stains on the curtains, bathroom needs a renovation! Actually everything needs to be renovated. They smoked in the hallway - there was an ashtray, somehow the smoke got in my bathroom through the ventilation. Staff doesn't speak English (except one guy who is only sometimes at the reception) so they can't help you with anything. At the end the room key card didn't work.

Nice room for small money! Enjoyed the hotel-comfort after many nights in dorms a lot! As they're in the post-covid-starting-phase they offer their rooms for small money - that's fair. Had a side-view to the river from my window. Comfortable bed, small bedside lamp. Location is not really in a touristic area, that's okay - you can easily take a grab to get there - if you want to go there. Starbucks only a few minutes away : )

Main attraction "Dragon bridge" is bit far for walking - 1.5 KM from hotel,. No Vegetarian/ Indian restaurants near by. Bus no 1 connecting Da Nang with Hoian (which had bus stop near dragon bridge) is non functional now.

Hotel is good, if you upgrade you will get great view. Bathroom was very nice. Host can arrange breakfast in nominal cost. If you are looking for comfort this is a good hotel to stay.

They told me you would get 2 complimentary water bottles daily included within the price but when I left they charged 10k vnd per bottle for 6 bottles I used There were a lot of Ants on the bed and side table, I told the staff about it multiple times but nobody bothered about it, room telephone extension was not working, fridge was not working.

Staff tried to make us pay for 2 packets of noodles we “took from the mini bar” —> there were never any noodles there to begin with. The hotel is extremely run-down. The pictures do not show the real state. The sheets were not clean and smelled of men’s perfume (making me think they weren’t even washed). The curtains are stained with multi-color stains, the airconditioning leaks water, the bed is uncomfortable, all of the furniture is old and has stains.

The only nice thing is the view (but you’ll see better if you walk around in the city). Otherwise the hotel is dirty and run-down.

Absolutely filthy, dingy, dank smelling room with sheets that were threadbare and stained. I had to get the maids in to reclean the floors as their were black hairs and hundreds of ants everywhere. They still didn't clean under the bed when i asked it was thick with dust and hair! I live in Asia I know the different standards, this place was not up to speed. They need to review their cleanliness protocols.
