Room could have been cleaner, staff which consisted of 1 person not very friendly & very rarely there.

Restaurant was not open. Bed was very comfortable. Very old dated motel. No pictures on walls, front desk person had sign with phone number to call if you needed him. Place had a bad smell. Would not recommend.

Walls were very thin and we could hear the person upstairs talking and pacing back and forth. We were there three nights and about 5 a.m. each morning, that person left. The stairs to the second floor shared one of the walls in our room and we could hear people running and walking up and down the stairs all night. The underlayment to the floor was noisy and hollow as you walked across the floor. Glad we were on vacation and could sleep in in the morning. Also, this motel was pet friendly. We didn't mind that, but right out the door we would come and go, there was dog feces and had to watch where you stepped. Not sanitary at all!

The fact that the motel was being redone was nice as our room was very clean.

The east side of the property backs up to the BNSF depot and I had reservations about noise, only to be pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was!

Rooms smell like smoke and urine. Water from our sink was a trickle. Would never stay here again. Needs a complete remodel. No breakfast offered. Attached bar closes at 9:00 pm.

Almost no outlet to plug in phone chargers. Wi-fi was horribly slow. Carpet was dirty and one of our two rooms had cockroaches. Bathroom was very small.

Price Food at the onsite restaurant was very good and restaurant staff were very friendly.

Tub and sinks no drain plug or stopper. Carpet was old and stained from oil. Upstairs foot noise to lower floor loud.

TV did not work initially, mantianence man came and did a good job of fixing the TV. There was no coffee in room. Had to ask Housekeeping for more. Mold in the bathroom. Stains on carpet .looked like they had been there for years. Overall..would not choose this place.again. Outdated and in serious need of restoration.

Next to the railroad tracks. Windows filthy. Weren't open at 7am for breakfast. Room wasn't ready when I arrived

One person was willing to put me on t h e first floor as stairs are difficult. From the pictures it appears to be one level.

The shower was small. If I had been any larger I would have had a tough time showering. The water also cycled from hot to somewhat cold.

The office staff was rude and unapproachable. She has poor customer service skills. She lack empathy and courtesy skills she was 2 hours late in opening the office on Saturday then was absolutely rude Instead of being apologetic.

Office was closed when we went to check out at 8:20am ... missed out on the coffee + bagels! There was a smell when we first got in the room ... likely due to the carpet?!

The price kept going up and up and up again. Figure it out booking.

Bed was amazing. Sliding door wouldn't open and it being the only exit to the exterior of the building I believe it's a fire hazard. Would have been exceptional other than that and the confusion on the price.

Shower was disgusting, needs to be replaced. Bathroom light didn't separately, unfortunately connected to a blazing hot heater. Sticky carpet around bed.
