Breakfast was very sub par but there are a lot of options close by.

Rooms were very updated and clean. Great resort vibe. Beautiful view on the water. Pool was very nice. Food at the outside bar was phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating. Rooms were cleaned every morning even after sleeping in.

I loved everything

Facilities and staff top notch. Had a great time there. The property is very clean and modern. We split our vacation between Key West and Miami Beach. Once we got to South Beach I had instant regret we left Capitana!

The only bummer of our stay was that our room was located in the innermost area of the structure, and when we sat out on our deck we got no breeze.

Our room and bathroom were both super-clean. The daily breakfast offered lots of choices each day. And the pool/beach and tiki bar area was a great place to relax. And all staff were pleasant and helpful!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and proactive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The room was very clean and featured a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a lovely touch. The amenities, including the shampoo and soap, were of very good quality, adding to the comfort of my stay. The view from the 3rd floor was amazing, providing a picturesque scene to enjoy each day. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes by car from the beach, and there is a free parking in front of it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend to stay at The Capitana.

Our first trip to KW. The Capitana was fantastic! Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff were always available. The rooms and entire hotel and pool area kept extremely clean and the daily servicing of our room was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was simple, hot, and very tasty. The pool and beach area was very clean and relaxing. We loved our patio/deck area, a great place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Our room was very clean, spacious, and bed extremely comfortable! We enjoyed our stay so much, can't wait to see you next year!

The bed was too hard. The cord on the hair dryer was way too short and there were no extra blankets. The pillows were horrible!

the cleaning was not so great, the villas were the last to be cleaned, so sometimes we got back to the room at 4, the place was still not cleaned. when they did clean, they didn't really do a good job, just made the beds and took out trash from what we can see, no vacuuming, etc.

the villa was beautiful, we loved the privacy it provided.
