It is kind of cheap compared to the other hotels in close proximity.

This hotel is advertised as an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes, but most of the appliances are too dated to use and there are no kitchen utensils.

This hotel had extremely friendly and accommodating staff, lots of character, and was in a great location.

We enjoyed the apartment and the staff were good but everywhere needed paint and polish,

Our first impression was dreadful, there was no one around to give us any information and the whole of the entrance hall was swathed in floor to ceiling polythene sheeting. Eventually we found someone who looked like a workman who said to go across the road to sister hotel across the road, he said "There IS a notice on the front door" there was ,but as another guest held the front door open for us we hadn't seen it. We were not given any apology or explanation and I dont think that was good. There was some lovely old furniture and it was a lovely old property but very tired and in need of TLC Our apartment was very clean but what we saw of public part needed a thorough clean, particularly upholstery and carpets. Pity it could have been sensational.

It is an aparthotel and the size of apartment was exceptional. We were able to cook a good meal but there was a serious lack of utensils. It was very clean and the servicing of the room very good. We were within walking distance to the town centre.

Furniture - shabby Bathroom was minuscule. It needed to be bigger - but how do you do that?!? Kitchen doors and drawers didn't work. Oh, lobby was in disarray because they are remodeling.

Staff were amazingly helpful!! Best part of visit. Everything was sparkling clean. But every employee was SO nice and helpful! They made me feel welcome! We stayed there because of my brother's surgery. Excellent location -- across the street from all the Virginia Mason locations.

Cute and clean historic hotel in a great location.

It was worn and clearly showed its age. Lighting was a bit odd - lamps only and in some odd places. We didn't have a plug outlet on both sides of the bed so only one of us could charge our phones. We asked for extra blankets and were told there were none. Maybe keep one blanket in one of the many closets...?

The room was big, cute, and clean. Location was great and staff was really friendly. Good blinds kept the lights out and even though it was downtown, there wasn't much noise. Bed was firm but comfy.

The first two nights the room was very cold and the rest of the stay too warm!

Loved the old building that has been well maintained. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and had a kitchen for preparing meals if needed. Was only there for one night, but would definitely stay again.

While it is very in keeping with the "theme" of the hotel, I felt the decor was very 'dated' and the hotel looks much older in person than the photos portrayed on the website.

This hotel is great for visiting Seattle. The location is fabulous with easy walking to Downtown and most attractions. Parking is very close and affordable. Considering the proximity to the city, it was nice and quiet. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was very spacious, clean and tidy.

The bed was not comfortable at all - could feel the springs in my back and the pillows were the flattest I've ever had in a hotel. Draws in the closet can't open because of the closet doors blocking them.

Staff when checking in was very friendly. Room was clean but it being so old made it hard to fully feel clean.

The Wifi was quite spotty at times. Having double glazed windows would help a lot to cut down the noise from outside.

The room I had on the third floor was very spacious with a small kitchenette and a small breakfast table. Although the hotel is very close to a medical centre it was fairly quiet throughout the night. The staff allowed me to stay an extra hour after checkout, a bonus. You have to check in at the hotel on the opposite side of the street and they will store your luggage for you until their check-in time.

I wish there was more information on the history of the hotel, I would love to see original photos of the apartments and the rooms.

Art deco beauty. I love seeing them embrace what makes this hotel so unique and beautiful, I'm excited to see what the renovations will bring. It was very fun learning about the history of this hotel and being able to share that with my friends. This hotel turned from a place to stay to an experience.
