Breakfast is horrible and you need to wait in line to be seated. Food is so bad. Staff is horrible. We asked for table for 6 and every time she said it is not possible until we told her "what about that table?" and she was ok go there. It happened very day!! People at the welcome desk, some are ok, some are not polite at all. In general, hotel is ok if you dont need to communicate with staff.

Beds were comfy, room was spacious (but it was room for disabled people). Location was very good.

The room was small, but comfortable. The breakfast hall is hectic, but they let you bring the food to your room (and skip the line). I really liked everything else.

I really loved the position, it's perfect: 20-minute walking or Metro distance from basically anywhere. The view from the window is amazing, totally worth it. And also the price it's affordable, for NYC standards. We got fresh sheets and clean bathroom everyday. There is free tea and coffee 24/7.

They need door closers on the door to stop them from slamming shut. It was not fun waking up to doors slamming shut at 7AM.

We stayed on the 42th floor, the view was breathtaking, it was a very nice upgrade . The location was very good and central, the beds were super comfortable, mattresses and pillows absolutely amazing! Probably the best ever slept in!

An incredible poor breakfast, no variety, no changes and no fresh food. Apples and bananas were the only available fruits. Scrambled eggs only on weekends, only packed yogurt and no variety of cereal. At the downstairs floor, the oat and almond milk are available which was nice. A very cheap toilet paper and not a common area to chill before reaching the room.

I had to pay for early check-in! I was very tired after the trip and needed to sleep for a few hours, so I paid $75 for an early check-in at 12 pm instead of 4 pm.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect for visiting many great areas, such as the Hudson River, Times Square, Madison Square/Flat Iron, Broadway, etc. I love running, and we’re only 5 km away from Central Park! The breakfast is great, although it can be very crowded if you go after 8 am.

Excellent location, new furniture, comfortable bed and clean room. Extraordinary views of Manhattan from bed. Very good breakfast with gluten free choises, as well. Friendly staff.

As that was our honeymoon, the receptionist upgraded our room and we received the one with better view on the 43rd floor. We had to leave 2 days earlier and they did not charge us for the last night.

A little bit too small room, but it’s a standard in NYC. Sometimes it was too crowded at the breakfast.

We spent 8 nights and got an upgrade room with the magnificent view from 45th floor. The hotel nearby subway station and many attractions.

Price is expensive A laundry cart was left in front of my door the entire time making passage narrow and its ugly. Find another place ( room 4012) Breakfast is not super healthy and could offer better options Elevator wait time is not Ok at all No security - anyone could get in the elevator and go up. This is not OK. If there is a system to read the room cards, use it. If you put a fridge and microwave in the room, put a few plates and cutlery as well.

The staff at the front desk was really nice and helpful. The location for work is excellent (FIT) . The room was well cleaned.

Just for the sake of completeness.. queues for elevators can be very long and we had a broken light in the room. These points did not ruin our stay in any way!

The room view was amazing. Room is not huge but more than ok considering it’s NYC. location of the hotel is great. I liked the hotel because the average quality in NYC is rather low, whereas our stay here was more than satisfactory

However, the breakfast is lame and the line to actually get there is way too long and made us skip breakfast several times. The staff dealing with the breakfast was very unpleasant as well. Also, we waited a long time for the elevators to go down.
