Breakfast room rush - I was at the breakfast every morning at 06.30 and the place was packed at 06.45 the latest. I realize that the room is much too small given the number of rooms. I would have wished the breakfast had more healthy and fresh options (like tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber)....

Got a room with a view and it was absolutely great. I was staying at the 34th floor and view was absolutely stunning. Some earlier reports complained about the capacity of the elevators - I had no issues whatsoever with them, even though I stayed high up.

The rooms are very small (I understand this is expected due the hotel location, but still it was the smallest hotel room I ever got). Doors to bathroom cannot be really closed (there is a 2 inch gap between sliding doors and the wall so everything can be seen and heard). Breakfast should be more rich considering the hotel category (I missed bacon every day, there was no fresh vegetable, all bakery products were poor quality, scrambled eggs were poor quality). The staff at breakfast was not really pleasant, likely their only task was to limit our space for seating and time spent at the breakfast (I have never experienced such rude approach in any hotel like this)

The hotel view from upper level floors is amazing, the hotel is new and clean, it is located very close to several subway stations and some facilities are reachable by walk within minutes. On the other hand the price for stay matches all this.

I liked room,with good city view and just the right size for two people, me and my young child. Breakfast was fine, only observation would be that the scrambled eggs seamed artificial. Hotel staff were very attentive. Overall the hotel looked new.

Room cleaning showed up at 6.30pm. I was out of the room from 10am to 6pm, came back to an unmade room.

The location is excellent. Near subway, supermarkets and restaurants. Walking distance from lots of attractions. Staff are helpful.

The bathroom is very tiny, especially the sink. The shower door did not fit properly and there was water leaking through. As already mentioned by many reviews, crowded breakfast and elevators, but that didn't really bother us.

The location and the view are excellent. Close to many attractions and the subway. Relatively new and very clean hotel.

I would prefer more vegetables and greens during the breakfast, as it was purely consistent of bread.

What I liked the most was the view from our room. Of course rooms are not the biggest, but it's NY, so very nice for NYC. The location is amazing, we even walked to all the destinations we wanted to see. Breakfast was very good.

I have nothing worth mentioning as extremely bad.

I loved the view from the room. NYC offers spectacular views day and night and if you love big cities you will not get enough of it. The room was clean and had sufficient space for two ladies with big luggages :) The bed was comfortable too! I liked the fact that room had a small fridge/cool minibar and a microwave oven. Despite other comments related to crowded breakfast, we managed to find relatively fast a table and that is because the hotel has a waiting system which allows them to place you easily in one of the two breakfast areas (2 floors). Breakfast could be improved, but if you are staying for a few nights only, you are not going to starve with whatever they provide for breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would return here!

There was no drawers to unpack clothes. We were staying three days. There was no place to store our luggage. It was too hot in the room and because the drapes blocked the window from opening very much.

The location was good. The breakfast options were good. The bed was comfortable.

I guess more storage. Also, the cleaner cart was outside our room ALL the time. It was a pain to squeeze past, especially with 4 suitcases.

The breakfast and breakfast staff were great! Reception staff and concierge were exceptional. The view was amazing, but it was so small.
