Certain day for cleaning service need to be more careful about the floor cleaning and the equipment in bathroom ‘ need such soap and etc. More smile for door man maybe will be more interesting… ( only 2 person that quite straight face 🤣 but still I do like other door man that more cheer )

Room was very small and you couldn’t have a shower without flooding the floor of the bathroom. No tea in the room either, which meant having to go and source it!

For a fully enjoyable experience, a document containing the general information about the hotel's services and amenities should be provided in each bedroom. Perhaps, the best way to do it would be to include a webpage displaying the info on bedroom screens.

Because our room was a small one, so was the closet, instead, we used the ample and deep shelves. Had a difficult time figuring out how to operate the coffee-maker, but Eleanor was a great instructor to help us out.

VERY comfortable king-size bed, pillows and mattress. Exceptional cleaning staff who went over and above to provide comfort and service. Special kudos to Eleanor!!!! Big thick towels. Very clean bathroom with no mould on the grout--a first!!!! Lots of bath amenities--shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, hand soap. Ample shelving in bathroom for makeup, toothbrushes, etc. The secure elevator, activated by one's room key, was a safety plus, and high speed, too. What a superb location--handy to everywhere!!! Everyone on-site was very friendly and helpful.

Walls are super thin. I was near the elevator and could hear it and people chatting in the hallway. I suggest asking for a room further down the hall.

Beautiful old hotel that has been kept up really well. Staff were super nice and pretty good location. Rooms are on the smaller side but to be expected in an old historic building.

Perfect area! Close to many restaurants and shops. The cable car and the BART are very close within walking distance. The hotel staff were wonderful and beds were comfortable. The hotel was very beautiful and clean as well.

The room was noisy, I could hear water flowing next to my room. The Shower had very low pressure. No dedicated smoking area.

Room was renovated and furnished with style. Bed was very comfortable. The sky bar was fun.

Valet was expensive, and staff were often busy and not readily available depending on demand. There was also some confusion on what time the next charge for parking would be, we were originally told 6pm only for this to be changed to 4pm on the day of check out.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were well designed and clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with easily accessible public transport. Majority of the hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Coffee maker provided in the room was quite good, with a nice selection of decaf and normal coffee.

We had a false fire alarm during our stay and the staff/fire marshalls could have been better trained to communicate with guests and other staff during such an event. There seemed to be no coordination between the fire department and anyone giving us instructions. Thankfully it was a false alarm and the alarm sounded loudly getting us to evacuate properly in the middle of the night. Communication could have been better when we got down though

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The foyer is so beautiful and the staff at check in were friendly and professional. Our room was magnificent and all the inclusions ie coffee machine, toiletries, complimentary reusable water bottles, were outstanding. The rooftop bar was also amazing with incredible staff. The location of this hotel is brilliant. Overall, a truly beautiful hotel and excellent stay.
