The bed was a little uncomfortable. Parking has a pain. Since the hotel was hosting an event, that wasn’t told to us previously, there was a time where we couldn’t even find a parking. I think if you’re staying at the hotel you should have priority parking.

I liked being able to walk right on to the beach. The swim up bar was cool.

There were little flying bugs around the restroom area more specifically the sink and mirror. For being so pricey the restrooms should have been updated and not to small and run down.

I liked that there was a heated pool since it wasn’t super hot outside, and I like that the hotel has beach access and close to everything. Staff were very friendly?!

The vouchers, I feel like if the food was included with the price of the room as well as every adult and child accounted for then it should’ve be every person in the room a paid for plate not one adult plate and one child plate and pay the difference

I would prefer for the online pictures to be accurate in terms of whether the room is beach view or pool view. I booked a deluxe room and one of the pictures showed I would have a side view of the beautiful beach, but that wasn’t the case.

I really enjoyed the restaurants on the property in both service and quality. Outside of our comfortable rooms we found plenty of activities to enjoy the morning, evening, and night.

The property although clean could use some major TLC especially the outside of property, the large pool was closed for repair, not sure why they would do this during the summer. Pool tiles coming off at the smaller pool. The appearance of the hotel should not deflect from the staff, they were so awesome and accommodating!

The carpet by the air-condition leaked the hole time. I did tell them about three times only one worker came once and tried to take care of it. The carpet was wet and you could not stand by the window with out shoes. By the time we left it was starting to smell. We were on the first floor and someone on the 2nd floor made all kinds of noise the whole time we stayed there. I hated to call the front desk. But I did, and I don't know if anyone checked on it. but it did not stop. So we did not get much sleep while we were there.

I didn’t like that you have to set up room service in order for your room to be cleaned daily. Idk if they’re short staff or what but it’s a resort it’s no reason I should have to set up my room to be cleaned. I also didn’t like that you have to get beach towels from the front desk , again it’s a resort those should be located by the pool. Next time I’ll just stay at another hotel on the strip I paid for a resort but just got a regular hotel with no room service.

Staff all seem really nice. Hotel was cleaned lobby is nice and cleaned as well. The bartenders work extremely hard serving good food and drinks! I’m the food was amazing next time I’ll just eat at the hotel cause the food on the strip isn’t good.
