Due to the solar eclipse in the Syracuse area the owners were clearly price gouging, what should have been about a $200 double queen room was over $600. That's just wrong! I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again.

The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff helpful.

When I entered my room for the first time it was freezing. No one had turned on the heat before I got there and it took hours to warm up. Not something to look forward to when getting done with a 10 drive. Also, the fridge looked like it came from a garbage dump and the bathroom automatic light was extremely sensitive.

I liked being able to enter my room from outside.

I dislike that you’re charged 10$ for room cards being lost or deactivated.

Bathroom too tight. No coffee pot. No drawers for your clothes. No telephone to call the front desk.

The room was not cleaned properly. There were cobwebs in the corner of the room as well as the toilet bowl was not cleaned at all. There were feces and urine all over toilet bowl and floor. The shower was draining very slowly too. Lastly, I had to go to the office and get my room key reactivated because after a long day of being out and about, I could not get into my room. Why, because the room key was deactivated smh.

The location was great !!! I also was able to get to all the places I needed to go to in a timely fashion. The room had updated modern decor.

Would like to know why our room rate changed every night, even though we booked all 3 nights on the 1st night and paid for them all the 1st night... I also have 3 suggestions that would help improve this room. 1. Put a TV channel guide in the rooms, as we had no way of knowing what was playing on each channel. After a long day of siteseeing & shopping, we were tired and found this frustrating. 2. We found the bathroom a little tight with the door opening inward, having the door open outward, would solve this problem. 3. Put a garbage can in the bedroom area in case someone is using the bathroom where the only can is.

Staff was very pleasant & helpful with all our needs. I accidentally booked a suite with only 1 king-size bed and pullout couch. There were 3 of us seniors. Therefore, we required 2 double beds. Siri, the night clerk was wonderful and helped us change to a room with 2 beds. Marty, the gentleman who cleaned and serviced our room, was also very nice and helpful. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Bathroom had cobwebs and mold on upper walls and ceiling falling around vent and moderate water pressure. Sink drained slow and no repair made after call for maintenance and area under sink was unusable.

There was no breakfast, no coffee. Room was a bit cramped. Very old tub shower.

It was reasonable for the price. It's more a motel, than a hotel, so was easy to get in and out of.

It definitely could have said that their were permanent people that lived there as well. I was a little nervous being there with just myself and daughter.

It was a place to sleep and shower during the fair for the 2 days we were there. I wouldn’t stay any longer then that.

The room had an extremely strong chemical smell from cleaning chemicals. Toilet was running all night. Bed was firm but able to be slept on. You get what you pay for.

Beware the layer of dirt on the top edge of the shower paneling...the housekeeper hasn't looked up there recently. Not easy to find at first. The sign is not "Rodeway" but "Kings Inn" or some similar name that has been painted over.

The room had a funny smell the pictures online didn't really look like the place and there was some type of car rally going on so parking was a nightmare since cars that weren't even guest were parked in the parking lot
