I didn’t like that when I booked this hotel, it was for the lazy river but no where was it obvious that it was closed. We did enjoy the normal pool. We also did not appreciate the parking situation.

    The view was beautiful

Fine. But unless you plan on just spending all day at the resort swimming and golfing it is not really worth the cost.

Clean but dated property, easy 20 min from all action. Not the greatest value for money. Pool was cold. Not much to do there. Uber wait is at least 10-15 min

The property is in a beautiful location. Lazy river is fun. Native Indian ceremony and guided trek awesome. Drinks were nice. Food is ok. Starbucks on site

Maintenance and updating needed by the pool. The system of taking out random amounts of money from our account each day is really inconvenient and confusing

Outdoor areas are great. Dining by fire pits, and quietness in your room

The furniture and sheets were torn/worn in both rooms. We had the do not disturb sign up and were due to check out, but decided to stay another night. They stripped the room of bedding and towels and then didn’t make up the room due to the do not disturb sign on the door. So instead of waiting for them to come a make up the room, I asked if we could be put in another room. The furniture and sheets were in the same condition! Bed was comfortable.

Really pretty location! The lazy river was really fun! The breakfast was nice; they do the pancake, French toast and waffle to order as well as eggs to order. The pozole was good.

The parking is bizarre. You can pay $25 a night (plus tips) for valet only to have your car parked in an uncovered lot, or pay $20 a night to park in the on-site garage. Come on, this isn’t downtown Tucson, the garage is there on site already. Parking here seems to follow the big city method of charge and overcharge despite being well outside of the metro area itself. Everything else was overpriced as well. At the end of the day the overall cost makes me think the value wasn’t there to justify it at the end of the day.

location is excellent, being so close to downtown and the museum/national park. The facility itself is also a gem. Plenty of good views to be found and a nice open architecture to the main lobby and surrounding restaurants and pools. Very nice and feature rich fitness center.

Two times members of a business conference took tables and seats away from people staying at the hotel and one of these times half of the dining area was roped off in the Salud restaurant and bar The kitchen was in consistent with breakfast-sometimes good but other timed did not prepare food as ordered Expected food at The Grill to be better for a 5 star hotel. This was the opinion of us and our guests

The Coyote Golf Course was a lot of fun to play and they even rent clubs Be sure to book your tee off time before you go. You can do it up to 60 days in advance! I also liked the pool and the lazy river

A parcel was sent to me and was not given to me even after the post office confirming to have delivered. The parcel was lost and not provided to me. I didn't expect that from a hotel of that level. I have travelled back to my country without my parcel

The room was dated and run down. The lazy river was dirty and there was no supervision for the children misbehaving. There was a gentleman in the lazy river with a big water gun who was shooting the quail and othe animals who were in tha lazy river area and again, no one to tell him to stop.

    The staff was fantastic!

Great resort but I feel if you're paying $350 a night there should be free breakfast. The beds felt comfy at 1st but then hurt my back the next day. The food and drinks are kind of pricey even for the Virgin drinks for kids

The shower was small. Due to wind the umbrellas at the pool had to be lowered and the sun was too intense to endure.

The hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy my time. The spa was awesome, food was great and the overall cost was well worth it. We will definitely return.
