Nice apartment, 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Included free parking. Located 5 minutes walk from Georgia Av metro station, 7 stops from The Washington Mall, which was convenient. Shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea included. Hosts replied quickly to questions. Apartment was clean. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.

Not a negative aspect but worth noting, as brought up by other reviewers: The area is undergoing gentrification, so you'll see a mix of single women attending yoga classes, trendy cafes and breakfast places, but also some peculiar individuals around the metro stop. We never felt unsafe, especially with a police station just a couple of houses down the road

The apartment is spacious with one large living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, all kept very clean. While some reviewers noted the beds were high and stiff, we found them comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. The host promptly addressed our questions, and the couch has been replaced since the photos were taken. Convenient parking in the back, though finding the entrance might be confusing. No noise from passing cars. Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

To many stairs, with luggage’s makes it difficult going up and down. Bathrooms can use a little update. But overall was comfortable.

The heating unit is loud: we absolutely had to close the doors at night to be able to rest. It takes about 40min to get anywhere by subway.

The place is spacious, well designed allowing for both privacy and communal time. The bedroom are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are on the older side yet clean but the water pressure is a tad low. There are a nice places to eat close by.

Great place and price. Everything you need is in the unit bring a few groceries or have them delivered and you are set or just eat a one of the close restaurants. Easy to get to anything. Everything is close Metro, food, attractions. Very helpful and friendly host.

There are 2 mattresses one on top of the other on 2 of the double beds; this made the beds very high. We weren't really sure of the purpose of this. More sleeping capacity perhaps? It wasn't really a problem for us - just looked a bit weird but if you were less mobile it might be an issue. The bedroom at the rear of the property could do with a new blind as it was made of paper and in poor repair. The bedside lights were difficult to turn on and off. It would be better to have lights and bedside tables on both sides of the beds. The numbers on the parking spaces at the rear could do with repainting.

I was chose this property as it was well priced and had 3 bedrooms and free parking. The street itself is nice and it's right along from the police station so super safe! The house is well set up in terms of equipment etc and free toiletries in the bathrooms, coffee and filter papers. I was happy to find an extra fold out bed and linen in the cupboard. The washing machine and dryer were really great too. We only ate one meal in the house - a breakfast of bagels from an excellent bagel place along the road. We were very satisfied with the apartment.

Here are my tiny negatives: Larger Ice Trays.. Clean dish sponge after each stay.. Chair in front right room has a weak, glad I didn’t sit in it.. The Sofa could use a refreshing in its fabric. Clear instructions on how to use the the 📺 TV and Movies. One wooden decor leg on Glass Coffee Table is lose.

The location and the layout of the apartment was GREAT. I love the fact everything you have at home was here too. Who think of providing Guest with wonderful name brand toiletries, They DO. We didn’t even use the free parking, we got lucky with street parking every evening. Ran into other neighbors all were very very friendly.

The parking is around back, with a secure back gate so getting luggage up was a bit of a struggle. So love and hate the security gate. The neighborhood was...not what I had expected.

Absolutely beautiful 😍 and comfortable. Very inviting. The fob and keyless entry were awesome. The kitchen had dinner and cookware. We were greeted with cold bottles water! There is actually 2 full baths which I thoroughly appreciated!!

If I had to find something to nitpick—the beds were a little harder than our preference and the rooms could use some darkening curtains.

The location was fantastic! it was an easy walk to the metro and an even easier walk to the bus, which was a surprisingly pleasant and easy way to travel. it was also close to lots of food options, including restaurants and a Giant and Target. We parked the car and used public transportation daily with no issues. The apartment was clean and quiet and provided nice shampoos and soap. There was a police station nearby and we felt safe (although we were never out after dark).

I wish the bedrooms had blackout curtains because streetlights lit up the rooms at night. One of the bedrooms we couldn't sleep in (the one with the balcony) because the screen outside the door was making a constant knocking noise on the door from the outside because of the wind. Maybe that could be secured somehow, so the wind doesn't impact that screen and cause it to make noise :)

Lots of very comfy furniture, the kitchen had everything a person would need from spices to bowls. The snacks and drinks were a nice touch :) I really liked the lock system as well, I felt safe and secure there. The location was fantastic, super close to the bus stop and metro.

Nothing to do with the accommodations, just as a side note: There were always a number of shady characters next to the subway station entrance. I'd avoid it late at night.

The host was very kind and attentive, she even let us store our luggage for a few hours hence we arrived before the check-in time and reserved a parking spot for us. It's a three-bedroom, two full bathrooms apartment. It was very comfortable for our family. The neighborhood is nice and there is a gas station one block away where we could purchase essentials. The subway station is a 5 - 10 min walk
