It would be nice if this location had a fitness center ore even just a spa with steam, when work is travel, stress is always an issue. Also, I've only experienced this in newer apt developments, but an in house quick stop for the items that u wish u didn't need, but do. I know u can get sum things from the desk like coffee n cook ware, but other things that could help make fast meals better than fast food at a better price than a resort charges travelers. Also, I notice the email user name listed 4 me is not correct, I had been hacked n changed it as well as told the hotel because I was actually staying there when it happened. But as I feel the confusion might involve that still with my check in not going as planned

The ability to do more with leaving my zone less. I could do laundry n work in one location saving tyme to get it done n no in n out of the car.

The room was pleasant except for the lingering stuffy musty smell as you entered. Had to keep the windows open the whole time. Sprayed fabreez a few times. It faded a bit.

There breakfast was a small coffee bar and vender style muffins, the Kitchener was not stocked cook-wear or plates or silverware , not Evan a complimentary coffee pot , the towels very thin and cheap,

Kind of dingy, security guards were snoppy and people hanging out in the parking lot.

I liked the hotel because it was near the freeway and a best buy and total wines and more is located in the same shopping center.

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and there was a noise all night long like when the water just keep running when you flash the toilet and I couldn’t sleep. Also not enough coffee in the morning.

Kitchen barely adequate. We've stayed at kitchenette hotels before that had great kitchen supplies (including several sizes of pots and pans And dish soap etc !) and stoves with ovens, so we thought this hotel wouldn't be any different, boy was I wrong. Beds were softish but very lumpy and pillows were flat and sort of hard. Not very comfortable. No bath mat so had to be very careful to shower. Bathroom sink barely drained at all.

Staff exceptional and air conditioner worked well. Refrigerator worked well and decent size.

The rate included a take away breakfast. I went down at 9:30a on Sun and there was just 1 muffin left, and it was small. Coffee was sub-par, a light roast. This was not good in anyway

Breakfast snacks minimal. You have to ask for things in the room.

The space in the room was office. Decor dated but comfortable. Would stay again. They need a better breakfast offer and 12noon check out.

The breakfast wasn’t breakfast. It was snacks with coffee. And the room smelled like a tent at had lived there for well over a month. And wasn’t properly clean and disinfected.

The quietness to where are room was. And the front desk gentleman Garrett.

The bathroom sink was clogged. The bathroom had hair in the tub and was not clean. The floor was dirty.

Being handicapped, I found it difficult to get to my room at the far end of the building. Available parking was in the back but the back door was locked so a complete hike around the building to the front and then back down the hall towards the back door was necessary to get to the room. My room was 2 doors from the back door. Facility is NOT favorable to people with physical difficulties.
