The air conditioners are very noisy and even leak a little.The kitchen is very old and broken on the sides, they painted it so it wouldn't show. The curtains are greasy, the windows are dirty, the bedding has never been cleaned.

Chose this hotel because of the private bedroom, and reasonable price - but you have to remember that this is Soho. Kitchen and everything in it is there, although very used Iron, hairdryer, soap and shampoos and dishcloths! The towels were clean and the sofa was easy to open to use as a bed. 1 TV in the lounge but channels not really tuned in. 2 very tired air conditioners work from the last strength. The elevator is available. In general, everything you might technically needfor a living but just isn't luxurious.

Apartment outdated although we knew that and once it was clean, we didnt mind so much cause we were out early in the morning and back at night. The only thing we found was that we wanted an apartment so we could cook some dinners or breakfast, but there was a lack of kitchen utensils.

The staff is super helpful. Gabriel, at the front desk was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Size of room ok and it was clean. Bed was comfortable and wifi in room was ok which we did not expect. Close to subway and Little Italy. We were travelling with kids and coming back late at night..area not so nice, but we felt safe.

The bed was terrible. Slept on the sofa bed instead of the bed.

The kitchenette isn't well stocked, hardly any utensils. The place is rather cramped and the pull out bed made it that much worse. The futon was rough.

The hair dryer didn't work properly, also the warm blankets that I took out from the wardrobe were not washed (got an allergy from "dust bugs").

The location was pretty good, close to Little Italy and Chinatown, with many places to eat. The staff was very friendly, even they let us to leave our luggage until 4 pm when we had to go to the airport. Room was very spacious with an entire equiped kitchen, very good when you travel with kids.

The area around was a bit sketchy with lot of homeless. The bed configuration was not ideal for 4 non couples people. It had one double bed and one couch bed. For a few nights it's okay to share but after 3 nights it gets tiring.

The staff was friendly and nice and the location was fairly close to the nice places we wanted to visit. Also it was quite affordable compared to everything in New York. The room was clean.

The area is slightly edgy and was very noisy at night because some major roads are very nearby. We were always safe though and the 24hour reception was very reassuring.

Our Suite was clean and gave us plenty of space which was very much appreciated. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and we could have cooked some meals there if we wanted to. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
