Housekeeping was hit and miss. Had to constantly ask for sets of bath towels. Floor was not swept during our 5 day visit in the bathroom or living areas. Smokers made it difficult to enjoy the balcony many times. Rude and very loud guests who were intoxicated with their own private alcohol was not something we relished. We wanted a peaceful and un-roudy experience. The pool rules stated, "no personal alcohol allowed." However, this rule was NOT enforced. The restaurant on premises has delicious food, but it will take a very long time to get it!

The balcony was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and marina. Beds were comfortable, as were the pillows.

We chose this resort because it was away from town. It is actually on Stock Island and about 15 minutes from Duvall Street we’re all the action is. It is a beautiful resort on a marina where you can see the ocean but has the calm of the inlet. Very laid back and relaxing.

The room was wonderful, every room was pool side. The restaurant and the bar were always delicious and lovely. The staff was so responsive and helpful! There was a great hotel shuttle into Key West and back to the hotel again all day!

The location was far removed from the night life due to traffic. There is an industrial area close by within view.

The facilities were great for families! Numerous pools and games outside. The rooms were good size - the bathroom was pretty nice. Only 2 downsides - both refrigerators in the suite were on their last legs. The shower water pressure was not great. The staff didn’t change the bedding when we had the room serviced on the third day.

I was charged a fee for a meal we didn't purchase. We were trying the restaurants on the island. Hopefully, they found out we didn't eat there.

I liked the transportation available into town.Mr Rick was especially nice with the bus drive in.The room was a pretty cool seafaring look. It was amazing glance out of the room and see manatees.

We were initially put in a room that was obviously getting remodeling done. Paint and equipment were still in it, the trash can was filled with blue paint tape, the bed was utterly unmade with things on it, and workers had some water, so there were bottles everywhere. This was after a challenging travel day and a 3-hour drive from Miami at midnight. Oh, and I'm pregnant. So we were exhausted, and sending us to this room to troubleshoot in the middle of the night was disappointing. We were comped resort fee and parking fee for one day and were provided coupons for two breatfasts and two alcoholic beverages or key lime pie. We didn't use the two coupons for the beverages or key lime pie at all cause we had other places we wanted to enjoy key lime pie at and with me being pregnant and my husband not a fan rum we didn't take the drinks. The only other complaint was the pillows. They were those that don't stay fluffed ultra soft ones. I ended up having to use some pillows from the couch. Ultimately, I didn't sleep well because, again, I was pregnant and needed more to help me.

Loved the style, clean, water pressure. Really appreciated how much room there was and the bathroom set up with the right amount of lighting.

The property and staff were all wonderful! The room was outstanding! Location was slightly out of the way but not bad. Overall it was a very wonderful experience.
