The property is beautiful! The room we were in was very clean and comfortable, but the shower was so small it was a problem. We loved the property and would go back but ask for a room with a bigger shower.

I felt like the room was a little dark being on the bottom floor and the room could have been aired out more for a fresher smell. The internet was spotty where we were.

The hotel was only a few minutes outside of town which gave us that nice forested feeling of being in nature. The room was good size and easy parking. We didn't get a chance to but there was a patio, firepit, and koi pond to check out.

Overpriced for what you get. Parking was tricky. Properties weren’t too bad but hot water DID NOT work. Luckily, we were only staying a night. Besides that we had a toddler and the pack n play they gave us was filthy

Space was limited in our specific unit. We found dog poop on the property that hadn’t been picked up in a few days.

I love the uniqueness of this property. It felt very homey. There was a lovely lawn with a gazebo in the back of the property that had access to the creek. I loved that many of the units had a porch area attached to its front door. Loved that it was a dog friendly property.

The only downside was the mattress. Not the worst, but I definitely would have preferred a more comfortable option.

The location and outdoor spaces for guests were wonderful. We didn’t need to leave the property during our stay. Our dog loved adventuring around the property and down to the creek.

The room was clearly not cleaned before we entered it. The sink was clogged, there was trash on the porch and the room was dusty.

The layout and the size of the room. It was small, which for traveling alone was great, but the bathroom was too small. They can take out the very outdated bathtub and update the room. Then it would be awesome!

The ice machine was broken, so we had to get ice from the café across the street. The Wi-Fi was a little slow, but not unexpected in a canyon. The parking in the upper lot was a little cramped but workable.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the check-in process was easy, and the room was clean and functional. We had a Duraflame fireplace and a jacuzzi tub (that we didn't use) though you could purchase a bubble bath packet in the office. They provided a free pass for parking at various trailheads, which was nice, and offered complimentary Keurig coffees in the lobby. There were comfortable deck areas for sitting by the creek, by the koi pond, or in swinging chairs!

There was old coffee in the coffee pot in the room and no regular coffee to brew. They offered free coffee at the front desk but the door was clocked several times.

It’s a cute romantic location, I didn’t realize it was that far from the town of Sedona. No way to walk to town because it’s up the hill. The room was very little, no chair to put clothes on, no table to prepare a sandwich. There was a little Nick in the bathroom for shoes and only 4 hangers. No bathroom privacy as it is in front of the bed. Everything was pretty clean. Awesome jacuzzi though! Comfortable bed, free Netflix! Wi-Fi…I was not able to connect my laptop but was not interested und finding out. It had an outdoor heater to sit outside but it didn’t work. Again I did not take the time to say anything as it was too cold to sit outside anyway. Would I recommend or book it again? Yes, definitely!

The facility needed some upkeep and was clearly short staffed. We found a pizza plate in our microwave, for example. We had to ask for towels - which we received and realized there wasn't housekeeping and there were not clear directives as to where to put garbage etc. The Ice Machine and Soda machine weren't working. The screen door on one unit didn't work. In room furniture not too comfie - but not horrible.

Oak Creek Terrace is beautiful. They have upgraded apparently. The beds were VERY comfortable. The room was clean. The grounds are lovely and there is a direct path to the creek. Towels were provided.

The towels in the room were damp like they had not been fully dried. The bottom of the bathroom cabinet was peeling. Nothing major overall.

The location is amazing! You can walk down to Oak Creek. The grounds are beautiful and there are different outdoor areas to hang out in. Our room was small but fine. It had a fireplace and large jacuzzi tub. The gentleman in the office was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The ONLY problem was no hot water to the bathroom sink. Shower was fine, bed was very comfortable. Had it not been so chilly & rainy we would have made use of the lovely private patio!

Great location far enough out of town to be quiet yet close enough to be convenient. Easy walk to the creek. Lovely grounds.
