The hotel is okay, however the location is not the best. I was not amazed by the town, it didn't look very safe or nice at all.

The room was okay, we had a view of the yard which was pretty nice. Staff was nice as well.

We were on the second floor, and it would have been nice to have a lift to get there, particularly when taking our bags up and down.

Stayed 2 nights, and chose this hotel for its location near Hwy 89. A good place to use as a base when planning to spend a day in the Grand Canyon National Park if you don't want to stay in the park itself. Room was a nice size, including a comfy sofa, a table and two chairs, plus another table and chairs on the small balcony. Bed was comfy, and they had very nice fresh smelling cotton bed linen. Bathroom facilities fine. Breakfast was provided by the Hogan restaurant next door, with portions being just right (by UK standards!) The desk staff were very polite and helpful.

There is no elevator so make sure you request a first floor room when you book if you can’t do stairs

Loved how clean it was with good quality linens. We had a fridge in our room. There was a work out room and the free breakfast at the restaurant was delish! The staff were friendly. We will be back.

Too expensive for the quality, especially not being prime time booking. Likely due to being the only or one of the few accommodations in the city. Corridors had an old smell. Waitress at the restaurant didn’t seem to like that people were using free breakfast vouchers and not ordering from the regular menu.

Good short stop between Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. Beds were clean and comfortable, staff in the hotel was friendly.

    Zero negatives.

The staff were professional, efficient, and very pleasant. Rooms were very clean, and the beds very comfortable. Adjoining restaurant had some Navajo fare on the dinner menu that were yummy! Complimentary breakfast was very good. Convenient location, halfway between Grand Canyon Visitor Center and Monument Valley.

    We had no complaints.

It was a great hotel for home base when touring the Grand Canyon and surrounding points of interest. They were pet friendly (extra cost per dog) and they had a nice sized fenced in dog park. Breakfast was included also. 50 min drive to the south entrance to the Grand Canyon.

Only one floor hotel but no lift if you have heavy luggage. Breakfast is a voucher for their restaurant with limited amount of food and drinks, you need to pay additional to have access to items from the menu. Better if they could arrange family of 5 in one room.

Not so many hotels options around, so considering this the NavajoLand hotel is not too bad mostly for its position between monument valley and grand canyon. rooms are ok but a bit old fashioned.

The building is dated and while some updates have been made there are some spots that could use a little sprucing. If we’re in the area we would stay again.

Loved the aspects of the Navajo culture that were available, including the restaurant and the info outside. We arrived too late and left before the museum nearby opened. The room was clean and comfortable, met our expectation for a single night stay. The restaurant onsite was convenient after a day of sightseeing and driving, including a few authentic Navajo options. Breakfast the next morning was hot and made to order. Staff was courteous and friendly, there is coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

We arrived pretty early and were exhausted from our road trip. Iva, the lady behind the desk was so accommodating she called the maid and the maid, I think her name was Rose, finished up cleaning a room for us and we only waited about 20 minutes and we were in our room! So wonderful!!

Mechanical ventilation system in the bathroom is crazy loud. Never heard one with that much noise. No need for an alarm clock, just wait for your neighbor to enter their bathroom and switch on the light... Tiny included breakfast Need to improve GPS apps that are not able to pinpoint the hotel location from its address, except one of them (G.)

Great bedroom, price ok (for US standards...), restaurant next to the hotel. Quiet (except bathroom, see below)
