We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe management apparently has given up. Part of the parking lot is now a semi permanent motorcycle repair shop with stuff scattered everywhere. Landscaping is abandoned and walkways are filthy. Breakfast is now waffles, syrup and coffee. Nothing else; no milk, juice or butter.
Atria motel: inside good, outside terrible. Housekeeping does a good job w an aging facility. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The A/C was great, no issues w the room.

United StatesBreakfast was none existent, we were told when we checked in that breakfast will be from 6:00 am till 9:00 am, however on first day we had to get breakfast elsewhere because it was 6:45 am and still not open, day 2 same thing, no breakfast, day 3 again no breakfast after taking to the receptionist ever afternoon about not getting breakfast we were told sometimes it’s later. Finally on day 4 our last day, we got breakfast at 6:00 as advertised.

United StatesLuckily had to move out of the 1st room because the heater wasn't working (on a 37 degree day!), as the lamp had to be unplugged to turn on/off due to a broken switch, and the bathroom door handset was hanging out of the hole...the 2nd room had a tremendous heater but was missing the desk chair. Can't rate breakfast as it was cancelled due to COVID (which should have been mentioned on its Booking.com listing I think).

There was a water bottle in the room when we first got there that was not ours and it states they do breakfast but when speaking to the owner she said they’ve been slow so they no longer do it. They need to remove that they do breakfast for people who book with them for that reason. Had to end up spending extra money for food that I was not expecting to spend.

United StatesAdvertise with pictures that had kitchenette on room when booking, once arrived no kitchen in the king bedroom only mini fridge and microwave. Mini fridge wasn't working well. Advertise free breakfast when booking, once there said no breakfast. Bed was okay, not comfortable. Charges you for additional towels and pillows. Room was dirty. As well, the owner's wife called me twice during midnight a day before checking in to verify I was going, which interrupted my sleep. Need to do better verification before calling.
It's really close by the Valero Three Rivers refinery. The owner was friendly.

Small hotel in a small town, was very comfortable with my stay very friendly when checking in, was nice having satellite Tv in the room with a vast amount of channels at your disposal. Would recommend staying there if your looking for a quick getaway.

United StatesBooked a 2 queen bed, dropped off luggage at hotel by door and left right away to a family gathering. Got back late at night, the hotel was absolutely dirty! No toilet paper, only 1 towel. Floor was very dirty, shower was moldy, toilet was dirty and bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them. I don’t think this room was cleaned at all. Front desk had closed already and couldn’t request to switch room. Will never stay here again.
