We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast was fine, plenty and coffee and tea were available unlimited. Hotel is close to the aiport of Charlotte and close to the highway. Enough parkingspace.

United StatesI failed to ask for a non-smoking room and should have. Also smelled like a pet (dog) may have been just before our stay. Could use some touch-up in painting and wall repair., especially the bathroom. Floor was sticky and the bathtub was black in the bottom. People around us and coming in were pretty noisy but you can't help that.

United StatesThe breakfast could be better, eggs were tasteless and watery, the coffee machine needs to be replaced or cleaned due to a mildew aftertaste and a strange film on top of coffee which states there is mildew in your machine, I threw that away immediately. Just to reiterate the Coffee was HORRIBLE and to some people coffee is an important thing to wake up too especially for those who are travelers.
My room was decent for a one-night stay, the bed was comfortable, and sheets felt fresh. Staff was pleasant. ,
