Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It's an excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Large room with amenities. In the lobby, there is a restaurant, bar and cafe (Starbucks), which makes the stay much easier. There is a taxi rank right in front. Access is very easy and the location is very good. In summary, comfortable, practical and well located hotel.

United StatesPool area filled up quickly not leaving many chairs. We had some loud neighbors that woke us up in the middle of the night. We could also hear them throwing up in the morning which wasn’t too pleasant. Possibly due to our room having a locked joining door vs. a solid wall. Second night was much quieter.
The property was extremely secure as you had to use a room key card to operate floors in the elevator. Room had a magnificent view of the Miami port, and we were extremely grateful that eating venues were within walking distance. Room was very spacious, had everything you needed including high quality toiletries. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was clean.

BermudaCheck in was at 4:00 and we arrived at 7:00. The staff at Check-In were friendly and professional. On entering our room it was not serviced, i.e. had not been cleaned. I found this to be wholly unacceptable and especially given check in was at 4:00pm and we arrived 3 hours later. However, as mentioned above, we immediately went downstairs and the staff were apologetic and gave us another room with a view which was absolutely beautiful which we shared pics with our family who noted the name of the hotel for future reference.
In addition to the above, the lobby was impressive. I enjoyed my meal and drink in the restaurant. Our stay was overnight as it was close to the cruise port as we were sailing the next day. I liked that parking was also available. The hotel we stayed at in South Beach after the cruise misrepresented themselves on when booking and stated that parking was available onsite, which is was not and we had to park at a nearby hotel. The amenities are helpful for people to make decisions about where they want to stay. So appreciated that everything that was advertised online about Inter Continental was what we received. There was an issue with our room which I will speak to below, but the Front Desk handled it very quickly and professionally which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

SpainThe check in was awful, the worse I’ve had in a hotel this quality. No information was given to us, not even the floor number or how to access WiFi. And the person who checks us in (Leslie) was very serious all the time and barely making eye contact. Super uncomfortable. The lobby is also very crowded and loud all the time. The breakfast includes regular black coffee, something they offer in a 1 star hotel. For what we payed for the room and for the breakfast we should have been able to ask for other types of coffee, to be honest.
We stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was absolutely perfect, huge! It was a very comfortable space. The breakfast was good and the waiter got us a couple cappuccino coffees, (these were not included).
