It was an enjoyable time for my son's 18th birthday. He and his friends enjoyed the pool and continental breakfast. We were able to roast some smores and hot dogs in the outside fire pit and just fellowship together before we left. We are definitely coming back for vacation and family time.

- Shower room not properly sealed, water leak out when showering. - Once there were 2 washing machine broken down so only one was useable. - Breakfast was the same everyday, can be a bit boring if staying 10+ days like us.

- Close to the highway, convenient to travel to other places. - Hotels in a quiet area, parking was free and no need to worry about the safety. - Staffs were friendly and helpful with the requests. - Washing machines and dryers available for $1 per load. - Breakfast got a lot of varieties, order to cook waffles, batch coffee throughout the day, complimentary bottle water if you have HH, very generous. - Staffs onsite 24 hours.

Didn’t like I didn’t get the room I requested/booked 2months ahead. I wanted to be In the same room with my kiddos and husband. All together as a family. But the room with a share door was good. It worked out.

The building it’s new, many facilities, big and free parking lot, included good breakfast, in general is good, but do you need rent a car in Los Angeles always.

The breakfast was pretty bland. We ended up going to a local diner instead every morning. And the water pressure in the shower shower could be a lot better.

Right off the highway the pills are extra comfortable love the layout of the bathroom and super clean.

The only complaint I have which is NOT the hotels fault at all is there was a lot of kids crying and dogs barking but they’re kids so of course they cry and same with dogs of course the bark

Pool was very dirty and there was people that drink lot of beer from glass bottles. Informed staff about it, they cleaned up the bottles, but still… there is lot if small children, how is this allowed?

Room was nice and big, stayed in 7th floor. Bed was comfordable, parking was free.

If I HAD to say one, it would be that the AC in the room couldn’t go below 68.

Location was easy to get to and close to what we needed, super clean, contactless check-in/out/key (and ability to share with other guests) was amazing and very helpful. I loved being able to pick my own room before arrival. The staff was responsive to messages prior to arrival. The shower was wonderful with amazing water pressure (no, that isn’t always the case) and there were 3 towels in the room and we had 3 people (normally there are only 2 and we have to ask for more) and the bedding for the couch bed was a full set with a pillow and was in the room when we checked in. These may seem like some small things but when you travel a lot, they can be frustrating.
