The window whistled loudly in the wind one night. The elevator was hard to spot. The sliding bathroom door isn’t very private.

I liked the location and breakfast. I liked how prompt housekeeping was at bringing an extra blanket.

The sofa was a little torn up. And the bathroom door had scratches all over it. It's still worth the price, though.

I was very happy with the price of the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a full kitchen, which you can cook in, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pool was dirty with dead bugs, and the water was not filtering, so I can imagine it was full of more than I would like to think about. I let my kids swim and shower after, but it was not the best. The room at first glance was clean and nice. Once we were their for a few hours, I realized how dirty it was. The bathroom was not swept and had more dirt and filth than I would of liked to see. The counter had something spilled on it and the wall towards the door had something that was splattered with the same substance. It looked like food or drink of some kind. The floor around the beds was not vacuumed, so the persons mess before us was present. The door to the bathroom did not close properly. I am not super picky but it was kina gross for me.

I like the pool and the breakfast. I appreciated that the location was convenient.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was good. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and always very clean.

Was told breakfast was included and then got hit with a $25 a night resort fee per night. The ceiling in pool area looked like it was coming down and had a leak right over the pool, we chose not to use it. The hot tub was out of order. Non smoking hotel and hallway smelled like Marijuana.

Breakfast was 2 hours late first morning due to someone not showing up. Another employee jumped in when she came in for her shift and did a great job.

Not a well designed hotel. Could hear too much from other rooms and hallway. Layout was not efficient and could be confusing. Main entrance had stairs to enter and a ramp starting farther from the door

Some of the furniture was stained and due for replacing. Everything else was clean, besides that. I stayed with a friend and the bathroom door was a barn-slider door that couldn’t be locked or fully closed for privacy. We ended up using the lobby facilities more often than the room’s because of it.

The pull out sofa bed is not very comfortable. If you are by the elevator it can be a little loud at night.

Bed was the firmest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Some I’m sure like but I found so uncomfortable. Maybe room for beds that fall somewhere between super firm or super soft?

The desk clerk was not friendly. No greeting and went straight to "I need your ID and credit card. You will be in room vvv and the elevators are there." Little details like putting a door handle to the bathroom so others (kids) aren't looking in and empty sanitary stations.

Very good room and clean. Breakfast was very good and a woman made sure everyone was doing okay.

it was hard to regulate the temp in our room. window shades were broken, cabinet door handle broken, bed sheets did not fit properly.

Called in middle of night -- told complaints had been made about my playing TV too loud. Advised front desk person I'd be happy to turn it down, EXCEPT IT WASN'T EVEN ON! We were sound asleep at the time!
