Not enough pillows and the lady tried to tell us that we hadn't paid for two nights. Which we had through booking.

WiFi was weak.

Three separate living areas that included a full size refrigerator and stove top burners as well. A small table to sit at and eat and a full couch in front with a large flat screen TV in addition to a TV in the sleeping area. Next door to a car wash and a laundry, which came in handy. I have been on the road for a while, needed both.

Located in a area that feels unsafe. Front of rooms is left scattered with garbage. Unkept on outside. Room was very clean. Impressed. Tv wasn’t working. Service came to help and was very unkept; was not presentable and cleaned up for customers. Couldn’t get tv working; said it’s always been an issue and owners won’t replace routers so it’ll never work and walked out.

I lliked Nothing. This place should be condemned. Used for homeless people. Cleaning staff says bed bugs in every room. Owners didn't recognize my reservation. Took one look at the room and returned the key. Could not stay there! I cannot believe you would represent such disgusting accommodations. Now fighting to get my money back.

Tear the place down. It is a dump and very disgusting and and did not stay there. I asked for a refund and was told Booking.com would do it. How do I apply? This place should be removed from the booking site immediately to save others from this disaster.

The only complaint is the window ac unit. It took a long time to cool off the bedroom since it's located in the kitchen. But I sleep with a fan on even in the winter ..lol

Arrived to check in around 6pm. Note on office said to go to Room 109. Knocked on door and was met by a female meth addict. Scrawny, dirty, brown jagged teeth, blank eyes. Told me they had no rooms. Said I had a reservation. She said she needed the conformation number. Pulled it up on my phone and after minutes of blankly looking at it, she gave me a key to a room. Went to the room. Door was wide open. Peeked inside and it was disgusting. In the meantime, more sketchy looking people began crawling out of everywhere. It was like something out of the Walking Dead. Went back and gave her the key, told her the circumstance and told her to cancel reservation. She said she couldn't. I then called the number for the motel and left a fairly scathing message. Did receive a call the next day apologizing and offering a free nights stay. Now I have to try to get a refund, because I was charged $92.80 on April 13 when I made the reservation.

When we drove into the motel there seemed to be a drug deal going on and miscellaneous people hanging around outside around the alley. Bad vibes. The furniture had "miscellaneous" stains on it . The beds looked good but when we found hairs inside the sheets and more discoloration on the bottom sheet we couldn't sleep in it. There was residue in the "sanitized" toilet. Mascara marks were on the towel hanging by the sink.There were coffee rings on the table. The office was closed and the phone didn't ring through. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves and brought in our own bedding so we at least had a place to sleep that we could trust a bit.

They tried to contact me because I was running late but I didn't get there until after ten pm but they allowed checkin. The room was actually a suite with two bedrooms, a main room, a open closet/sitting room, and bathroom. The furnishings were nice .

The “apartment” feel with separate bedroom from living room, kitchen area, etc. Doors provided privacy and made for a very quiet night.
