Parking lights shone into my room and curtains didn’t close. Next time I’ll think of a way to block the light. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience and I’ll still seek out this hotel again due to the amenities

Had a hot breakfast included in the price and a wide variety of cold food too. Also coffee bar. Pool looked very nice though I didn’t get a chance to use it. I didn’t expect this so it was a nice surprise.

The continental breakfast was not up to standards. I came in right before midnight to check in, doors were locked, it was cold and was actually snowing

Priced too high. Required mask although state mandated lifted. Dining room closed. Advertised sitting area in each room and there was only 1 straight back chair. They said the had a linen shortage. Only 2 washcloths and 3 towels for a room booked for 4 people. Will not return.

4 people = 2 washcloths, 3 towels. Wear mask to get to-go breakfast although mandate is lifted. Closet door fell off hinges. Staff was friendly. Advertised sitting area, but only 1 straight back chair. Pillows soft and flat. Expected more for price. Will not return.

We booked this hotel for the pool.. Nothing on booking said they were remodeling and the pool was unusable, the staff did not say this either we walk down to the pool go in kids almost jumped in and we noticed dust from construction across bottom pieces of hard plastic and debris in the bottom and floating as well...Big disappointment because that was my main question on my booking site was "is the pool open" it said yes....also there were no trash bags in any of the cans in the room at all not even bathroom.

The staff were friendly. Location good for next day alabama adventure day..

We booked 3 rooms all with a king bed and a sofa. It was all that was available for a men's conference. There were to be two per room and the sofa was needed. Upon arriving the clerk said that what was booked wasn't a guarantee that's what we would get. We had men sleeping in a chair because there was NO sofa as stated in the confirmation. If it's not what it is then it shouldn't be advertised as such.

It was not a good stay. The rooms booked were not what we received.

The hotel charged my bank card instead of the card I booked with. It was supposed to be for incidentals. They then checked me out of the system and marked me as a no show for the first night. They checked me back in the next day for the 2 remaining nights once again on my bank card. I called booking.com and staff members were reported as not cooperative with booking. I know this to be true as everyone I talked with was new. I have yet to hear from a manager. I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. It took a full 3 weeks. Full total held up was 405.99. Also the desk staff gave me the receipt of the 2nd 2 nights. It took 3 tries with 3 different people to give my first receipt that they charged me as a no show and checked me out the system. This stay was terrible due to it was day before Christmas to have funds held up then lied to instead of saying we made multiple mistakes with your money. That was a total of 812 for 3 nights. Never again will I stay at this hotel. I don’t blame the staff they were pretty much All new. I can say all workers were as professional as they could possibly be. I blame management and the owners which were Patel’s of course for just throwing people in a position they are not trained for. Instead of training them properly before letting them work by themselves. I bet you one thing management and the Patel’s were at home having a ball with their families instead of being present working the desk and office. You wonder why people don’t take their jobs seriously any more.

The property is almost done renovating and the pool is closed. Besides that everything else was ok

The hotel is under renovations, making many of the amenities unavailable. We were unable to use the pool or the laundry, both features that we sought when selecting a hotel and expected we would be able to use. For what we paid, I expected much more.

Room was comfortable enough, though pretty dated. The staff were very friendly and worked with us, even though our reservation from Booking.com had not come through on their end.

The pool and the hot tub was out of order. Checkout is not until 12 noon but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9 am and woke me up.

The staff was super sweet and always greeted you with a smile.
