The curtain in the room needs to be updated some.

For the purpose of our trip, the location was perfect. Easy to get to, easy access to the medical clinic & hospital we had appointments with. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast items were good, staff was friendly, facility was clean.

The pool and hot tub could be cleaner! It was pretty cloudy and the hot tub was very foamy. We felt like $30 a night for a pet fee was a little high.

I have not stayed at a Best Western in years and this one was AWESOME! All the staff are sweet and very helpful! We were in a king suite and it was HUGE with a separate living room and 2 tv's. I believe it said the king suites are 350 sq feet. The breakfast was superb! They have a farm fresh yogurt machine with topping like granola, chocolate chips or fresh fruit. They have bacon, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, eggs and fresh fruits. They have a waffle machine, pastries, 4 kinds of cold cereals and juices. They have a Cappuccino machine that makes several flavored coffees and hot chocolate. The Black Bear bar and grill is located on site and has really good bar food and drinks.

The pillows they put on the bed are very flat. I didn't notice that there were two other pillows up on a rack until the next morning.

Hot tub didn’t work when we checked in, by the time we left next day they seemed to have fixed it. The fire alarm went off (had read in different review went off for them also) & had to start to evacuate building before they said we didn’t need to exit building.

Snagged last suite as we were heading through town, fit my family of 5 perfectly. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was decent size & we had pool to ourselves in the evening.

Breakfast was cold food in the warming dishes. The eggs were gross “ scrambled” bacon was under cooked and the kitchen staff wiped up tables and touched tv remote and their fave with the same pair of gloves did not change them at all. Gross! But the coffee was good. Please inform kitchen staff on changing gloves several time like after touching tv remote or their face. To change the gloves and if one is cleaning tables then goes to put flatware in the containers with the same gloves. He needs to change those gloves to clean ones.

The breakfast tables were very dirty after other guests used them and there weren't any guests still in the dining room when we went down to eat. Someone should have wiped them down so we could use one.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good choices even gluten free cereal and gluten free muffins. This was the only hotel out of the last 8 that we stayed at that had gluten free besides eggs and yogurt available.

I didn't like the fact that the curtain was broken, I couldn't close them all the way. That's definitely something that can't be missed by housekeepers, so it should have been able to be fixed.

The room was pretty comfortable and cozy overall and the breakfast was pretty decent. Good continental breakfast setup.

Last day tv was out and there wasn't any creamer for coffee in the room.

Size of the room was very nice. Plenty of pillows ,towels and places to get comfortable. The coffee in the breakfast area was awesome.

Beside the pull out couch there was trash from people before so you know it wasnt cleaned as thorough as you would like it. Also, the breakfast didnt offer many choices for people who have gluten, dairy and sugar cut out of their diets.

The pool and staff were nice and the general cleanliness of the facility was good.
