Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was no breakfast available (if there was we were not informed at check in). The room and bathroom were very small to be considered a Penthouse room. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms.
I did like that there is a shuttle to the port of Miami for a fee. The shuttle will pick you up after you return from your cruise and take you to Miami International Airport. The shuttle was nice and comfy. The hotel staff and concierge for the shuttle were extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from our window. Close proximity to the port and Bayside Market.

United StatesThe bathroom was incredibly small. The staff didn't speak English well so there was a little communication issue but it didn't have too much of an impact on our trip.
The location, bed, and view from our room was absolutely perfect. The on site restaurant had good food but the cost of the food felt a little expensive and we didn't noticed they include gratuity so we double tipped on the first and second bills. I also appreciated having the service in the lobby to provide a ride to the cruise port and from the cruise port to the airport. The price was right!

IndiaOne out of 2 elevators was down for 2-3 days out of our 4 days stay. On 3rd day air conditioning was down for more than half a day. At times Room service was not proper, they were not keeping tea bags, creamer etc on daily basis, we had to tell them.many times. Beds are too high particularly for we senior citizens There was no chair in room for sitting, only a very small stool.. Bathroom is too small, hardly any space to stand, you can't change clothes in bathroom. Above needs to be improved.

I enjoyed breakfast staff very friendly and efficient made me feel very welcome. The carpet in the room could do with changing perhaps to tiles, room looked freshly painted as paint was on the carpet l. The view o had from my window was spectacular looking over to the seaport and all the ships. Bathroom was clean. I couldn't get the coffee machine to work but didn't need a coffee Reception staff very nice and welcoming. Lobby staff especially were attentive when I asked I could leave cases as I got to hotel before check in time.

BelgiumThe elevator is also used by the staff, this means, each level your elevator will stop, it takes about 10 minutes minimum to get from the reception to your room. And you are stuffed between staff, the trolley they carry in that elevator.
