If you arrive on Sunday. Do not get the first floor. There was a preacher in one of the room screaming in a microphone having services. It kept us up from taking a nap. He was there till 6 PM.

Very clean. Seems like there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. Indoor pool with hot tub. And the showers were amazing! Best showerhead I’ve ever had in.

The A/C unit did not stay on- t kept going on and off all night, which disrupted sleep. The area outside was loud at times. A fan in the room would have been helpful.

Other people can stand around in walkways and mingle in the hotel main lobby wherever larger groups of people were mingling in the walkways, if you wanted to park in the back to have access to your room quickly or to view your car from your window you cannot do this.

I liked how friendly staff were and the amazing breakfast for families it was wonderful and the rooms were completely clean and comfortable

Breakfast was a little overcrowded no matter what time I went. Maybe a little better organization of the breakfast line to help with flow could be beneficial. It can feel like a lot of people jumping on each other at times. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel does everything great at a base level. Staff was great, facilities were great, rooms were great, just good/great all around.

There were ants in the hotel (including the room on the 3rd floor) - minus points for this one, otherwise I would give 8.0. The pool could have been cleaner. I am not sure if it is due to the location quite close to Washington D.C. (1 hour of drive in the morning does not sound that close) but the price was above average for this hotel type/category in the US East coast.

Room was large enough, the hotel is in a nice and quiet location and still close to the highway. Breakfast was simple but good enough for the hotel category.

They were repainting the main floor. Not really a problem, but it did clutter up things a bit.

The check-in clerk put me on a quiet floor, which I greatly appreciated. There was a large group of high school students staying there as well, and I never heard them.

A roach climbing across the TV. Room 212 has a very large gap between the door and jamb. This makes the room quite noisy and a bit disturbing to be able to see people and carpeting from inside the room with the door closed. It can be adjusted from the hinged side at virtually no cost. Unsure if poor craftsmanship or the walls are sinking but its quite a gap.

Breakfast was good, area very clean. Food hot. The caretakers for breakfast should have a cart to carry the coffee to the breakfast area. It's heavy and very clumsy to do for the employees.

I like that this hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping, groceries and nice restaurants. I am a runner, I especially like that this hotel has a nice gym and a very nice walking trail in the rear of the hotel. Very east to get to I-95, 295, Baltimore is close and so is DC. I have family who lives within walking distance of this hotel, I especially like this also.

At checkout time we had to make a couple of trips to take our things out. As we left out the first time, we expressed to the housekeeper that we had more things in our room and that we'd be right back. When we came back to our room our card was deactivated and she informed us that as a safety precaution she couldn't let us back into our room (and we still had 15 minutes left until 11 am). My husband had to go back downstairs to get our room key activated again.

The check in receptionist was very polite and helpful. She showed compassion and had a smile on her face.

Someone was able to charge $24 worth of items to my room. Good thing I got a detailed receipt because I probably would've missed it. The lady at the front counter was very helpful and took those charges off. The pool and hot tub was smaller than the pictures made it look, but the kids enjoyed so it's fine.

The breakfast was very good, so glad they had turkey as a breakfast option. Not too many places offer something other than pork so that was refreshing. The beds and pillows were very very comfortable. (Huge plus) Staff was very kind and helpful with any questions/issues I had during my stay.
