Bed was too soft. Not supportive. Staff were pleasant, but could have been friendlier.

Facility is clean. Pool area is beautiful. Staff was pleasant enough. Close to family, which I why we come. Don't need to go to strip, but it is close for those who do.

Perfect place if you are visiting Vegas. Excellent value, great rooms with coffee maker, fridge etc, pool that stays open until 10pm and great staff. It’s quiet and has reasonably priced restaurants near by, and has a great breezy feel with views of the hills and back to Vegas. Complimentary transport runs during the day straight to the strip.

The AC was problematic, every night it started to heat the unit even though it said it was cooling. Mostly we were able to fix it but it took some fiddling. We let them know.

The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. The shuttle to and from the strip was awesome. The swimming pool was delightful. We enjoyed playing pickleball too. Very close to a grocery store.

The hallway and elevator need some major TLC. It takes away from the whole place. Rater sad they have a nice place otherwise.

The staff was super nice and the pool and room was clean. There was a guard in the parking lot area.

Our room on the ground floor, street side, with very noisy air conditioning boxes on both sides of the balcony, shame they didn’t get us a nicer room as the place was not busy.

Staff at check in could have been new but barely said a word to me. I did not feel welcome- like a piece of wood compared to the staff member checking in the couple next to me. Burnt out light bulb and torn drapery need tending to.

Very comfortable beds, jetted tub was a nice surprise. Room was a nice size.

The 4pm shuttle to the Strip never arrived after being told on several occasions that it was only 10 mins away

The fireplace didn’t work and the bedroom window was open a little bit. We tried closing the window, but it just wouldn’t budge. I found it a little hard to get in and out of the tub since I’m so short (5’0”). On our last night there, someone set off the fire alarm at 8:30pm. We had to go to the lobby to wait. The maintenance men couldn’t figure out how to turn off the alarm. After 45 minutes they finally figured it out and we were able to go back to our room. No biggie, just a slight inconvenience.

I enjoyed that the room was an apartment. Plenty of space for everything. Well stocked kitchen helped with making meals there vs. eating out which saved a lot of money! My kids enjoyed the jetted tub. It was very convenient having a clothes washer and dryer in the room. I did all of our laundry before leaving and when we arrived home, I didn’t have any laundry to do which is so great! The staff was friendly and its a great location. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car parked there. The balcony was nice to go on and sit at the table since the weather was nice. The place was extremely clean and inviting. We will definitely come stay again!

TOO MANY HENS

POOL WAS NEAR, SOME FRIENDS OF MINE RENTED A CAR TO GET AROUND IT WAS WINDY AT THE TIME OF OUR STAY SO WE DIDN'T GET TO ENJOY THE BEACH HOWEVER THE POOL WAS GREAT

Our mattress was old, lumpy and not much support. Did report to front desk and told them it really needs to be replaced before someone stays in that suite. The front desk very responsive and very appreciative that I was reporting the issue.

Location was perfect, the facility was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool area was gorgeous.

Not having a restaurant onsite was the only drawback. It would have been nice to have vending machines (we didn't see any) so we could easily get snacks. Although there was a shuttle to the grocery store several times a week, we didn't take advantage of that service. If there had been food on-property, this would be the perfect venue!

The room was quite spacious. It was nice to have a pull-out bed for our daughter in the living room so we could have peace and quiet in a separate bedroom. Kitchen was GREAT! It was so nice to store restaurant leftovers. We weren't there long enough to need to use the stove or oven. I appreciated that there was a laundry room although we didn't need to use it. All and all, we were very comfortable during our stay.
