The location was great! The staff was great! The Hotel was well maintained and clean throughout the halls and rooms! It was by far one of the best stays I’ve ever had away from home! Definitely will be back!

Cleanliness is a bit faulty. Upon entering the room it was amazing. But everyday after cleaning was done it was clear it was not thorough. Example. The towels were changed but the floor of the bathroom was clearly not wiped. Every day there would be such sloppy leftovers fromcleaning which is a pity.

Ratio price- location was good. The fact that rooms are small is improved by super comfy living room space available to all guests and amazing staff. Good combo so that they earn but we have all the amenities. The kitchen section could be separated by wall as you can feel the odeurs all the morning in the living foorm. Location is great for adult travelers, wouldnt go there with my kids, marijuana smell all over the streets etc.

Staff were exceptionally helpful - we ran into a problem at check in as they couldn't find our reservation due to a glitch on booking.com. They were pleasant throughout and quickly resolved my issue after some discussion with their ops team. They allowed me to check in very quickly while the rest was settled on the backend with booking.com Rooms were very nicely equipped & beds were very comfy

My checkout experience could have been better. I had the app downloaded so I just left and tried to check out on it, but it kept giving me an error at the payment screen. I had to actually double back to the hotel to complete the process.

The room is a great size, small but perfectly functional for one person. There's a place to put anything you need. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast is also pretty good, though a little expensive. The location is very convenient too. Overall, I loved my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone!

I wish they offered ice buckets , or let their customers know about the microwave being in the common area. We thought there wasn’t a microwave so we had to throw away a lot of left overs.

Check in the rooms was a breeze and the rooms were cozy and comfy. Enjoyed the functional toilets. Location is as good as it gets in SF. There are lots of F&B outlets about the hotel. Appreciate the security guards manning the main doorway.

It was well up to Citizen M standards, designer comfort and very trendy. Good breakfast buffet included. Staff friendly and approachable. Central location next to Union Square and 2 min walk from the cable car and Powell Station (BART to airport). The room was very comfortable and clean. And surprisingly quiet for such a city center location.

They really hype their pillows, but my girlfriend and I found them a bit uncomfortable and had to ask for softer, flatter ones. Fortunately, they had what we needed.

I had never stayed at a citizenM hotel before. They have an entire approach that I just loved. The rooms are admittedly small, a little like being on a cruise ship. Yet they are masterfully designed, and have a high-tech overview (everything can be controlled by an iPad in the room) that gives it a wonderful vibe. I could not believe how economical our trip was. Such a great price for an amazing location. And oh! The lounge on the third floor was absolutely charming and very low-key the entire time.

First off the staff were exceptional - every single one - and couldn't do enough to help, smile.and be friendly jumping from reception, to the bar to being full on baristas. Even the security guys on the lower floor were always attentive and friendly. Funky hotel, minutes away from the BART, cable car terminus and Union Square. And don't miss the "secret" rooftop bar. So impressed we will use the Citizen M brand next time we are in London.

The room has everything needed, was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable. The size of the room as well as the bathroom and external wash table was perfect! I really loved it from the first impression. - also the little hints, sayings and that everything is labeled! A fantastic experience! A highlight was also the canteen-, livingroom-area. Spent lots of time there during a rainy morning 😍 100% recommendation! Location was also great!
