Breakfast was good but expensive. Six dollars for tea. Location was okay but not great. Not close to on and off trolleys or train station as stated. Took a lot of 🚕.

The dates rooms and also the bathroom was also outdated and could be improved.

The facilities and decor of the hotel were fantastic. The rooms themselves were a little dated but with the traditional layout I guess this is to be expected. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and made the trip excellent. The food was also exceptional.

The location was second to none. Staff extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived - Russell at the front desk was a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. We had breakfast in the hotel on our final morning and it was extremely good value, with exceptionally pleasant service - Guy and Jeff went to great lengths to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Our room had a door to the room next to it, bit noisy - we could heat the neighbours talk.

Great atmosphere! One of the oldest hotels of Boston but does not smell like it. Very comfy beds, good shower, coffee/tea maker in the room, even a bathrobe & iron to use. Complete!

I searched “family friendly hotels” in Boston and Omni Parker was highly rated. We traveled with young children and the hotel is not very accessible with a stroller. Even the side with the handicap entrance was hard to navigate.

Staff was friendly. Food was good.

The budget rooms are SMALL, but they meet expectations. During my stay, they were having issues with their system, so took them a while to find my reservation and upon check out it was impossible to get my invoice the way I have requested it, but otherwise they handled it well. Hope that is fixed now!

The hotel has beautiful architecture, a lot of history, and a prime location, within walking distance to most tourist spots in Boston and the train stations, so It certainly offers good value for your money.

Restaurant was pricey, but good service. Rooms a bit outdated but comfortable.

Ate breakfast sandwiches 2 days from the attached retail store which were good and more reasonable. Good location in the city. Loved the history of the hotel. Beautiful downstairs. Staff very hospitable and helpful with advice.

The front desk staff was a little slow and if you had a little question to ask (ie - another key for your room, more toilet paper etc...) you had to wait the line of check in\out. There was no one there for immediate assitance for small issues.

The location was great! in the heart of everything. We were a party of 3 and the room had 2 double beds, which was great for us. The price was very reasonable for what we got, so we were very happy with our hotel selection

room could have used a smaller extra chair. Of course, I booked on booking and I hear the rooms given to bookings people are not the best....as for the view, I will continue to use bookings.com! Restaurant food was a little cool when delivered.
