Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNeed more lighting near the pool, it's too dark. Too many shady people roaming inside of the casino and outside of the hotel. Felt unsafe. My mom was almost a victim of a purse snatching in the casino if it wasn't for my husband's ability to see this person's intention before it actually happened. Beds were too hard and tile floors were way too cold. Also the heater was super loud.
The cleaning staff for the rooms. Casino cage staff and security from casino and hotel. Like the convenience to the strip with so many eateries and shopping outside of the casino. The casino had the foot long hotdogs and pizza hut which we liked. Didn't try the white castle or subway stations. Machines were too tight. Also like the convenience of free parking and no resort fees.

United StatesUnfortunately there were often bags of takeout overflowing from the trash can in front of the elevator. We got trapped in the elevator but only for about 2 minutes and reception fixed it as soon as we called them.
The location and reception staff were fantastic. We booked this room primarily because it was the only place I found on the strip still offering coffee making facilities and a fridge, and I need coffee before going out and facing people. The room was definitely dated, but you could tell it was spotlessly clean, which was great. We loved the proximity to everything we needed, the Mirage Volcano, and Walgreens.

The hotel itself is the middle of everything. It needs updating but was good for one night stay. On arrival I didn't realize the entrance was at the back of the parking lot but we found it after a few minutes.

Location was exceptional, right off the main strip with BIG name hotel next door, across the street and all around. Nondescript driveway easy to get into. Hidden free parking lot. Small check-in counter inside small casino.Pleasant no hassle check-in. Hotel rooms across again a small parking lot. Room was larger than expected with no major defects.TV worked great, beds firm, more pillows than needed, good size bathroom and no water problems- pressure or temperature. No noise issues. From what I saw enough staff to keep grounds, halls and common areas clean. If you want a place to stay near all the action but don't need the upscale amenities, or extravagant lobby, or huge pool and 20 restaurants and clubs and shops in the hotel this is an exceptional choice!

IrelandIt's pretty basic- UK visitors would probably find it comparable to a Travelodge with a load of slot machines. Looks a bit scarey but I didn't have any trouble.
Good location, right beside the Venetian and across the road from Mirage (where Cirque du Soleil do their Beatles show), walking distance to The Sphere. Free parking and no resort fee added to the room charge. There's no catering but Denny's is next door.
