The staff was rude and nasty, the card that I originally used to make my reservation was charged $6.40, although I had changed that card not only in the booking.com system but I used the new card at check in but no one can explain why or how they used the other card or what the $6.40 charge was for. And no I did not use a vending machine or even leave my room.... I guess it was the secret charge because I asked for an extra towel.

The room was clean although the guest upstairs and next door were extremely noisy. The actual room was pleasant.

Hall carpets and upholstery need a thorough shampoo. Grout in bathroom needs scrubbing. My mattress made too much noise.

The room was overall clean, but shabby & worn. The bathtub was disgusting , with iimbedded dirt on the tub flioor & showe wall had the finish scrubbed off ofvthem.

I booked a king room months early and get there and I got put in a double queen room. There was no king rooms available. I had reserved the room 2 months before. No one told me. They just put me in a different room.

The place was run down. The bedding was dirty. The tub was dirty. The furniture inside the room was dirty. It was not worth the cost but the ratings stated different and it was too late once I checked in. Good thing I brought bleach and other necessary things.

Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. The location was good.

Very under professional staff at the front desk. Checked in and was assigned to a room with door passes. Opon opening up the room assigned to me I see nothing but cloths all over the bed and floor. Went back to the front desk to see if there is a issue. The lady at the front desk was confused. Played with her computer for at least 10 - minutes. She had no idea what she was doing. Could hardly speak any English. SAD ! SAD ! Pool was dirty ! Will never stay at this place again ! Someone in corporate should really pay attention to how these people can get away with this kind of service.

I had to leave out me room at 750am in a panic because the smoke alarms went off I had to jump up out my sleep my husband is disabled in a wheelchair it was just horrible the man that was working told me they would let us know when to come back and I'm still waiting on my phone call🤦 so we got jipped out of our money if you ask me and it wasn't a fire it was someone smoking in the room🤦 just crazy and it was a lot going on at that hotel but maybe that was just our Experience

They didnt change the sheets on the bed didnt vaccum the floor didnt clean the toilet r tub after a long stay...other than that it was ok

The pricing was fair after i stayed for 3 weeks breakfast was available
