You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe staff was rude and nasty, the card that I originally used to make my reservation was charged $6.40, although I had changed that card not only in the booking.com system but I used the new card at check in but no one can explain why or how they used the other card or what the $6.40 charge was for. And no I did not use a vending machine or even leave my room.... I guess it was the secret charge because I asked for an extra towel.
The room was clean although the guest upstairs and next door were extremely noisy. The actual room was pleasant.

United StatesVery under professional staff at the front desk. Checked in and was assigned to a room with door passes. Opon opening up the room assigned to me I see nothing but cloths all over the bed and floor. Went back to the front desk to see if there is a issue. The lady at the front desk was confused. Played with her computer for at least 10 - minutes. She had no idea what she was doing. Could hardly speak any English. SAD ! SAD ! Pool was dirty ! Will never stay at this place again ! Someone in corporate should really pay attention to how these people can get away with this kind of service.

I had to leave out me room at 750am in a panic because the smoke alarms went off I had to jump up out my sleep my husband is disabled in a wheelchair it was just horrible the man that was working told me they would let us know when to come back and I'm still waiting on my phone call🤦 so we got jipped out of our money if you ask me and it wasn't a fire it was someone smoking in the room🤦 just crazy and it was a lot going on at that hotel but maybe that was just our Experience
