That we couldn't take our breakfast back to our room.

It was surprisingly clean, we had a pet friendlyroom. Just wish we could have taken out breakfast back to our room.

The price for what there was, wasn’t reasonable. If our daughter wasn’t in the hospital we would not have stayed there.

Trains and traffic too loud. Ear plugs are provided by hotel.

There seemed to be room for a leisure chair, but the only chair available to sit in was the desk chair, so I made due. I didn't realize there was an air force base near, so the mornings were a bit noisy. Also, I asked for housekeeping in the middle of my stay, but they didn't make it until the next day. However, I flagged down one of them for additional towels.

Room was clean although the motel was a bit old, I booked this motel for the location, which proved to be great for my itinerary. I also walked every morning and found a nice little neighborhood route through a couple of parks. I didn't partake of the breakfast. The staff was excellent as I had a nightmare of a trip down with cancelled flights and they helped a lot with arriving in the middle of the night and dealing with my lost luggage.

Train line and air base close by made for some noisy moments.

Location was ideal for spring training baseball parks, shopping, and access to northern destinations. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly (especially the "caretakers" of the breakfast room!) Will stay again.

Noise from hiway awful. Room was "worn", needed refreshing for $244 a nite, I didn't expect the shabbiness of the room. Sink had a smell, like a drain that needed cleaning. Bearable, but not pleasant.

Breakfast was good, lady preparing breakfast was very pleasant and helpful. Front desk people were very, very nice and helpful. Bed was COMFORTABLE! Pillows were COMFORTABLE.

Parking was tight. While I was getting dressed, housekeeping just unlocked the door and walked in. No one knocked or announced themselves. It was 30mins before checking out. She walked in the room before noticing me staring at her and then apologized and left. The shower was slow to drain, which I reported to the front desk when leaving.

The train did not come through as frequently as I had anticipated.

Simple handyman fixes not done to our room, toilet handle LOOSE, water damage not fixed/treated after bathroom flood.

They charged $250 cash deposit only if you're from AZ, but if you're out of state there's no deposit which makes no sense. First, no one in this day & time carries that amount of cash around & the room was only $84 so why is a deposit 3 times the room rate & only in cash. Definitely will never stay there..............

The location is terrible as it was not easy to get to and from the motel. Police and fire truck activities were seen often. Noisy! The surrounding area is desolate. Located on a busy street. No possibility to walk to anywhere. There was no breakfast offered.

The pool was fun. The room was nice and big.

Ran out of toilet paper called no one answered left message for more toilet paper never got any. We ended up leaving and never got paper we just used all the tissue paper. We only had half a roll when we arrived.

Too much railroad noise. Have stayed here before but seemed extra loud this time. The wood floor was clean but made shoes sticky.

I know we are seniors but we did not need a handicap room, it smelled a musty smell. Was not aware that the train runs right across the street they even leave ear plugs in the room. The price for the room was high.
