Looked a bit sketchy from the outside, but the room was comfortable and very clean. Good wifi connection, and I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. Staff members were very helpful. Location is very convenient for getting to Jamestown or Yorktown. Price was great.

They needed new bedding the one bed had what looked like blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Thankfully the other bed looked clean. Could really use an update in the bathroom and a new coat of paint on all the walls. Will most likely not be back.

The area and the price was nice. Also the girl that checked us in was very nice. The outside of the motel looked updated just wish the inside was updated as well.

An old-school motel. Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The owners clearly take a lot of pride in their property and in providing their guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay. Even the landscaping and flowers are a point of pride. Lovely. Fantastic location at a budget-conscious price!

The wifi password was incorrect in the room, and it's very dated. Don't count on shower pressure being adequate for washing long hair!

We thought it was perfectly located for Busch Gardens and Williamsburg, and incredible value for the money. Very clean, and we would definitely consider booking it again for our next visit. We liked that the car was parked right outside the room.

Comfy room, two good sized comfortable queen beds. Bar fridge and microwave was a bonus. Good sized TV. A coffee maker would have been good. Supplied a hair drier and iron when requested. Room is older style and a bit tired but met all our needs and very good value. Having the gas station two hundred metres away with food options and coffee was good. The Old City Smokehouse BBQ restaurant next door was brilliant.

They just seemed a little confused about whether or not, I had paid for the room already, but that was sorted out easily with a quick phone call. Also, I didn’t really like the way the toiletries that they provided smelled, but that is literally such a minor detail. Other than that, I didn’t really have any complaints.

This is a no-frills motel that seems to be family-owned, and it looks like they take great pride in it as the rooms are always comfy and clean, and I suspect they may have even renovated recently a little bit. The staff is friendly, and they have plenty of flyers in the front desk advertising coupons and things to do in the area. It’s very close to colonial Williamsburg, William and Mary, Busch Gardens, and Water Country.

Nothing! It is not the Ritz Carlton, but it met our needs and was comfortable. We used the extra money we saved to enjoy a local seafood buffet!

This is an older motel, with some wear and tear, not a big fancy chain motel. We have no issue with that and usually prefer older establishments. We need clean and comfortable, at a moderate price. It was in a perfect location, adjacent to stores, restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet main road which was nice. The lady who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, so much so that I didn't want to get up in the morning! It had the basic amenities...tv, ac/heating unit, microwave, fridge, shampoo and soap. The price was excellent. We wanted a decent, clean and comfortable place to rest our heads for the night and this was a great choice. We would stay here again!

I did not go in expecting pristine, so I was not disappointed. We just needed a clean , safe place to sleep and that is what we got.

Value..the motel was clean and close to Bush Gardens. If you like up to date and modern, this is not the place for you.
