The whole staff was out of this world nice. I believe they mentioned it’s family owned and ran and they sure treated us like family also. The beach was a 45 second walk. Really cute little motel.

It's sad to see how many area buildings have been destroyed by recent storms, but Aqua View is standing strong in the middle of it all.

Great location and a great value as well. It's just a few steps to the sand on the wonderfully quiet east end of PCB. Super friendly staff too!

Not clean enough. The showers need a good scrubbing. I wore flip flops in the shower. Walls too. Floor is dirty. Lamp covered with dust and the air conditioner has a lot of dirt in it. The cleaning crew just need to do a more thorough job. The towels and linens are dingy and I saw stains. Plus the curtains don’t block the light. I woke up in the night and thought it was daylight because the room was so light. I sleep better in the dark. The bed was pretty comfortable and it was quiet. There was a dog in the room next to me that was crying for a good while but it wasn’t too loud and I went to sleep and didn’t hear it any more.

The location is the main attraction for me. And the price was reasonable. I’m only 31/2 hours away and I would like to come more often but can’t afford the condo high prices. I like to camp at St Andrews because I like the beach there and the price but it’s often full and you can’t get a spot on short notice. I’ve been to Aqua View twice recently and there was always availability when I called. If the weathers gonna be great and I have the time off from work, it’s nice to have a place available that’s only a short walk from a great beach. So I will be back. But it could be cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends because of that but I can tolerate it to be at the beach.

Wish the rooms had tubs instead of s shower, but not a big deal. There always seems to be 1 or 2 sketchy seeming people lurking around the area, but never had any problems here.

As always, the staff was very helpful and friendly. This location is near everything, 30 second walk to the beach, half a mile to St. Andrews state park, great all around. Repeat guests get to check un when their room is ready, which is an awesome perk!

Grounds unkept, no comfortable chairs or small table, no closet or place to hang clothes, no towel bars in bathroom for wet towels, towels thin and dingy, no offer by staff to exchange wet/used towels, no offer to empty trash and no place to dispose of trash. Sheets were thin and old and did not feel 100% clean

The area had gotten a little sketchy in the past, but has improved a lot over the last couple of years. There were still some riff raff around, but not immediately at the hotel. A vagrant was sleeping in a house under construction on the walk to the beach, but that isn't related to the hotel, which has obviously put recent effort into bringing its area up.

Great hotel only steps from the beach, and a short 1 mile drive to St. Andrews State Park. The hotel is normally a great value for the area, and has a nice pool and newly updated rooms. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and repeat customers are eligible for an early check in if their room is available, which is a very valuable and appreciated offering.

The walls were scraped up from a chair in the room upon arrival, our bathroom door fell off but was quickly fixed!

The AC does not work at all to cool off the room. It was a sweat factory every night and we ended up buying a large fan.

Check in is 4pm, but they do let repeat guests check in early if their room is ready. Rooms only have a shower, no tubs.

Close to the beach and activities, great location, nice pool, freshly renovated, nice staff, this is a great value motel. Very short walk to the beach, and about half a mile to St Andrews State Park entrance.

Could hear everything above us..sand was all in floor..washer and dryer messed up right in the middle of trying to wash.

The neighbors loud music all through the evening and night… and need a broom in the rooms to help with sand! And the cabinet in the bathrooms are to chose to the toilet you would hit your elbow when you sit down normal!

Location is perfect no much traffic and it’s peaceful and very short walk to the beach so it makes it great! The remodel of the place looks great! Pool was very clean!
