The road sounds are not too bad, but it can become a bit noisy with construction going on if you have a room facing the road.

This place is absolutely great in the midst of Bangkok. The pool area is very relaxing and you just forget that you are in the middle of Bangkok when you go there to relax. The food is great (although a bit more expensive when compared to other places). The room is good enough and might be better if you pay a bit extra for a pool view room.

we choose this hotel everytine when we are in bkk. its just lovely. the staff is very friendly and the location is great. so many things in walking distance. We do love the pool. its clean and quite and i would always go back and recommand to everyone.

The room was according to the description. Quiet without noise from the street (when gardenview). When the neighbours are taking a shower, this can be heard quite clearly in your room. Prices for breakfast/lunch are more expensive then ‘thai’ standards, more according to western standards.

Clean and quiet enviroment. Daily cleaning of the room. Great staff, very helpful. Friendly. Daily free water in the minibar.

Only issue was first night the aircon didn’t work. But the fixed it immediately next morning.

Location was great, 8 min walk to Koh San Road. Coffee was good. We had a great room with loads of space. Friendly helpful staff.

Gorgeous little hotel with lovely pool near to the bustling Khao San Road & Ram Buttri areas. Street Food right outside the door. Balcony’s on the back overlooked the canal where kids can spot fish & monitor lizards! Clean & comfortable rooms & friendly staff. Pool area is clean, plenty of sun beds & pool is small but lovely. Washing & Drying facilities and lockers for storing luggage too! Would recommend for a simple, fuss free stay.

There was no soap in the bathroom and only big towel for one person (it would be better to get another one for face). Our locker didn’t work properly, so check your door before leaving.

I know it's Thailand but the bed was quite stiff and shower water was almost never cold, but it's ok considering all the rest is great

The only thing to point out, perhaps, would be the sound insulation. I might just have been unlucky but it sounded like there was a herd of elephants staying in the room above mine. Putting some carpets down on the floor might help softening the sound.

This is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. My room was clean and well equipped, overlooking a canal. The pool and the on-site restaurant were very convenient. The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful.

The ambiance and decor was very boutique, attractive but also low-key. Because of this it was a very relaxing environment. It is a smaller hotel in the historic center, so it is within walking distance from some key location, but it's also simply a comfortable and convenient base if you want to participate in songkran, enjoy street food or just walk around the many canals and alleys of the area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

the towels provided at first were fine, but the towels received on the next day and the third day were too thin and old. I was disappointed with the towel.

the cafe in the hotel was more expensive than the local restaurant, but thanks to the discount coupon, I ate it at a decent price and it was delicious. there were many sunbeds in the pool, so it was enough to relax. staff are kind enough.
