The bottom of the in-room pool was filled with sand. They should have cleaned it better.

Room was comfortable and quite clean. Buffet breakfast was ok too with wide variety of food.

The drop of point is not well designed. Guest walk in and out from the residence building to the lobby passing through drop off point. Its very dangerous while driving as there are too many blind spots and we cannot see people walking in front or behind the card when loading luggage. Should reconsider the drop off area or walkway. Also our room was on top floor and when it rained at night the drain noise was heavy. It seems that there were not enough staff in F&B area therefore service was slow and had to wait for long for breakfast on the first day the second day it was ok. Maybe on the first day there were many guests from the condominium also.

It was a long weekend, the staff especially in the F&B area were friendly and trying their best but it was very clear that they were understaffed. The beach was clean and facilities were good. The food was good and would stay there again but on a weekday when its less crowded.

The air conditioner is too cold.because the bad is under the air conditioner vent,the air outlet can’t be selected.

The swimming is awesome!! Room service is closed at 10:30PM. The spa in hotel is nice.

Room: It was a good size for a family of 3. The bed is nice, comfy and big. Breakfast has a good variety of choices and it was enjoyable Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool very much.

The staff at the roof top bar could be better trained in handling customer. We were simply told that the bar is full and before we can request for alternative timing, he just walk away, rather unfriendly. We expect more from a M Gallery collection resort in terms of service rendering.

If you want privacy away from the bustling Pattaya city, this small hotel fits the bill. The restaurant offer a nice sea view for evening drinks and dinner but do make an advance booking. Walking distance to the beach and some nearby seafood restaurant along Jomtien Beach. The manager was very friendly and he spoke to us and others quite often to see if he can be of service during our stay.

The poster in the elevator of JETTY bar is not updated, we were looking for this bar, cause from the poster it shows open from 5am - midnight but at the end realized it’s been closed… which is quite speechless😅

I like the swimming pool although I didn’t use it, but it was a nice decoration for photos shoot :)

Breakfast was a bit expensive. The location is far from city and other attractions Hotel could offer a free drop off to key areas like walking street.

The resort is beautiful. The poo was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. Best view at the sunrise and sunset is at the sea sky (roof top). Room is big especially the bathroom.

The rooftop bar seemed very nice, but closed very early (as did most of the facilities) which was a shame!

Really great balcony, with excellent views both on it and from it, and the car parking was large and well positioned. Excellent staff - very flexible, including with housekeeping throughout the day. Very large, very comfortable beds.

The first two rooms I stayed in had a mouldy smell but the last one was fine.

The pool is at the same level as the chairs facing the beach - unfortunately this limits the direct sea view a bit (architect missed a point there) - else the pool areas is cool, nice, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was good, choice between Western and Asian food good, quality was ok but not overwhelming.

Family pool suite - the possibility with the many sliding doors and curtain for kid-room for more privacy or change is very good. The little pool is nice for kids (so for adults too small). Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed very much - cool for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and pool area were clean. The pool area with the little cabanas was adding to a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The car-parking in the building right next to the hotel was spacious and easy to access. Modern style of the hotel.
