There was water supply issues for about 2hrs, but when I reported it, they called a plumber and fixed.

The friendly owner, thank you. His dog was also cute and friendly, I liked the black kitten. The bar in the resort looked good from my balcony but I didn't get a chance to go there.

the owner was very friendly and polite and the room was excellent value for money. Central location with a lot of shops and eateries around. The room itself was very cozy and had all the basic necessities like fridge, towels and a nice balcony. I'd definitely stay again!

Sebastian and the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The room was nice lovely and spacious and exactly like the photos! Very happy with our stay. I stayed with my grandparents who were very pleased with the service and accomodating to their needs. Will be back!!

Nothing. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes which can be a bit much in the heat however you can always cheat and jump on a motorbike taxi for 50 bhat 😀

Sebastian the owner is a really approachable guy. He's available 24/7 if you need anything. He stays with his family at the hotel and it's lovely to see the children and the dogs. The room was cleaned every day and clean towels including beach towels are provided

Amazing room for that price. Good AC, nice water pressure in the shower. Overall great value for that price. Walking distance (15 mins) to the beach and center. On a busy street but located a bit back so it’s not too noisy. We would definitely recommend it. Sebastian the owner was super nice and a perfect host! Very helpful with tips for trips or restaurants. For us it was the perfect stay.

The only thing we had difficulty with was the restroom. The toilet, sink and shower are all in one small room. So when you shower everything in the room gets wet.

Sebastian, one of the hosts, could not have been a nicer and more helpful gentleman. He didn’t check us in, but made sure to introduce himself when he saw us next. The rooms had good A/C and were large enough for us to spread out. It was also a great location. Lots around to eat, drink and a quick distance to the beach.

During our 8-day stay at the hotel, we had an exceptional experience, thanks to our host, Seb. He treated us like family, assisting us in booking tours, renting a scooter, and providing valuable suggestions for nearby attractions. Seb also guided us to excellent breakfast and lunch spots, making our dining experiences enjoyable. No matter what we needed, he was always there to help. Our stay wouldn't have been as delightful without Seb. The resort's location is ideal, and to top it off, we even enjoyed a complimentary sauna! :)

The rooms and bathrooms could have a small renovvation to "fresh them up" a little bit.

A cosy environment that makes you feel like home! The owners are very easy going and helpful, the staff very polite and the rooms are spacious and equipped enough. There is beautiful common space with a pool, bar & billiard. It's a 10-15 min walking from Patong center and right next to the hotel there are bars, food stores, super market etc. So if you are looking for a convenient value for money good accommodation it is highly suggested!
