Beautiful hotel close to the center of Chiang mai but away from the noise of the city. The room was big, comfortable and well designed. The common areas peaceful with an exotic atmosphere full of plants and frogs. It was nice to sit on the pool to rest from the heat of the day. The breakfast buffet was rich with homemade products and the staff super friendly. The massage service was also available all day and very good in reasonable price.

Nothing, it was just a bit difficult the communication in English sometimes and we ended up paying for two hours massage instead of one hour but we still enjoyed the massage so it was not a big issue in the end.

The service and the staff was lovely and very helpful. The location was very convenient and the accommodation was very peaceful and relaxing in the middle of the plants and nature.

The stairs to our room very very steep indeed, everything else was perfect.

Everything was positive. If I have to find a flaw, the staircase to reach the room is short but a bit tiring.

This is our second time here after just one week, and I can confirm our first excellent impression and review. The room this time was smaller (which is not a problem) but very charming, with stained glass windows and equipped with all the comforts. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the location makes this place our go-to spot in Chiang Mai whenever we return. Breakfast is very good. Highly recommended.

The bed is very firm so prepare yourself , if you suffer from a bad back. We did ask if the can help with this and they did try by putting on extra blankets.

The property is set in a city location but when you walk in it is as though you are transported into a jungle. With a swimming pool. The property is clean and the staff are amazing and helpful. There is a resident cat which made my day so friendly and frogs to keep you happy with the crocking at night. The don’t come out of the pound they just sit there and sing 😀

The hotel offered everything we expected in terms of quality and experience. It's well located but not on the busy streets, so it has quite a "local" vibe to it which we loved. The staff was really helpful and the rooms were great as well.

I liked everything, but if I had to point out a flaw: the mattress is too hard for my tastes and habits, though I still slept well.

Amazing atmosphere, a true oasis tucked away in a small, unassuming street of Chiang Mai. Conveniently located for city travel. Once you step through the entrance, you find yourself in a charming, quaint, and fragrant place. The staff is more than helpful. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is delightful. Moreover, I'll be returning in three days, which will confirm that this is indeed an oasis and not a mirage. Highly recommended.

Could not see out of the windows in my room. They had colored glass and not see through . This is not the case for all rooms Steep steps up to my room but not for all rooms. Bed is quite hard. Non descript immediate area. Not close to shopping if that’s your interest.

The staff were exceptional and helpful. They book any tour for you and are very kind. The breakfast is good with some different options every day. The pool area is small but quite pretty and peaceful. Can walk to a couple of temples. They give as much water as needed

Exceptional accomodation! Within walking distance to most places, comfortable spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, beautiful gardens and excellent air conditioning. The staff were my favourite part about this hotel, they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and seeing their smiling faces everyday was lovely. A warm and relaxing vibe. We will certainly be returning!
