The initial room assigned to us was situated on the first floor, where we encountered a significant mosquito issue. Though the situation was somewhat mitigated with the use of a fumigator device, we nonetheless requested a room change, which was graciously accommodated by the hotel . Additionally, the air conditioning system was somewhat temperamental, functioning solely at a setting of 18 degrees Celsius. Attempts to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable 20 or 21 degrees resulted in the system ceasing to cool effectively. During the checkout process, we were confronted with an unexpected issue. We were accused of breaking a glass; an item of seemingly insignificant value. Nevertheless, the receptionist proceeded to question us persistently, which felt quite unwarranted as we had not caused the damage. This was an unfortunate incident that marred our experience, so I would advise future guests to be vigilant regarding such matters to avoid similar misunderstandings.

The hotel has an excellent location complemented by top-tier cleanliness standards. Our room on the third floor was well-appointed and comfortable. Furthermore, we were treated to the finest cleaning service I have ever experienced. The room was meticulously cleaned to a point where it was practically sparkling, earning a flawless 10/10 rating for cleanliness.

There are a lot of mosquitos and the room itself was quite damp.

The pool and gardens are beautiful. The planting around the pool is very well considered. The room is large and spacious with a decent outside area. There is a TV with Netflix and the air conditioning works. The shop next door is very convenient.

The location is good - it's close to a few restaurants and mini-market stores. Nai Harn beach is lovely. The breakfast was good. The pool area is nice although they need a few more umbrellas. The rooms very spacious & the bed was comfortable. We requested adjacent rooms to our boys and the hotel accommodated this request. The gym was good for a holiday workout.

1. The check-in process. Kept us waiting for three hours even though room had been vacated early by previous guest. Did not instruct the Housekeeping team to prioritize cleaning this room. 2. Unsafe, dark and terrible pathway to rooms. Needs immediate change to proper & well lit path 3. Shortage of staff. Reception staff were forced to work in the restaurant too. 4. Cleaning and maintenance has to be improved - tiles, common restrooms, etc

Everything. It's our second time staying here and still didn't want to leave. Room is very big, super comfy bed, quiet. Excellent WiFi and smart TV to watch Netflix. Staff are lovely and pool area beautiful. Gym is well equipped and modern. A short stroll to one of the best beaches in Phuket and lovely restaurants and spas near by.

Great rooms, wonderful quiet garden and pool which is nice to come back to after busy, hot beach. Staff work very hard to keep the place lovely and clean. They were also very helpful with arrangements and quick to fix issues with door and tv.

Breakfast is average (compared to how awesome is the hotel): a lot of choices mixing Thai and Western cuisines to satisfy us all but average quality of ingredients. If you are in Thailand for food, you may prefer to skip the breakfast and go to the city

There really wasn’t anything wrong with the stay. The walkway made it hard to roll luggage. That would be the only thing I’d change.

I loved how luxurious the room felt when I walked in. There were many thoughtful touches that made it special. I loved the bathtub and robes for relaxing after a fun day exploring. The pool area was secluded and was a great way to cool off. The breakfast had a lot of options for everyone. Overall the hotel was located in a good spot and was well decorated.

This place is sleep and go kind of hotel. There is no service at the pool, or at the restaurant. So many times there was no one that could take an order. The food was not that great. Pizza tasted like it was microwaved. Sky bar was closed. Hotel itself has some design flaws. There was missing actual path from lobby to the room. The design of the pool was a bit odd. There was no hard path around the pool. You entered the water from the grass, which did not help to keep the water clean. Cabanas in the middle were missing covers. No one could use them because of the heat. Kids room had many toys but no ac and ventilation. Could last there 15 min.

The room was spacious and comfortable. All the rooms face the pool. Generous size shallow pool which was great for kids. Never too crowded, sun lounges always available. Minimart and swimwear next to the hotel. Green and silent property.
