Not a lot of chairs by the pool, chairs also were in the shade so no access to sun. Pool looked small but decent. You are essentially renting an apartment from a private host through booking.com , make sure you have internet to contact the host , as reception have nothing to do with the information of the rooms. We had no internet and WiFi didn’t work so this made our trip a little complicated at the start.

Gym is so good. Bed was great. Apparently has a washing machine which is handy.

The pool was smaller than expected with only a few loungers.. it was too crowded to use on multiple occasions. This was a shame because it is spectacular.

There was confusion regarding picking up keys as it states on the desk that this is not a hotel & not clear about where to collect the key. I was also unaware it was not legal to rent out these rooms when I made this booking! No mention was ever made in the pics of condo about the open space at rear of Astra for sitting outdoors & grassy area which my grandchildren could have used to stretch their legs.Pool area far too small & not relaxing.

Room was well equipped in the kitchen/ plenty of towels/ beds for our grandchildren were excellent. Could I just say that a lot of Western people like to make use of the balcony to sit & enjoy a relaxing drink, however no chairs or a table are ever provided ( this applies to all the condos we’ve stayed in Thailand),all they seem to be used for is to dry washing. Also a minor thing but for us older people a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be handy.

Could do with a few more glasses. Was no tumble drier as advertised. There's 517 units in this apartment block and the pool is small with 12 sunbeds. So don't expect to automatically get a bed. Great views from the pool though across the city.

Nice comfortable apartment in a good location. Was good value for the money. Easy walk to night markets, bars, restaurants and 15 mins walk to the old town.

nothing - just didn’t have staff that were there for the flat. it’s a residential building so if anything did go wrong, i’m not sure who you’d go to apart from messaging on here.

beautiful room with a beautiful roof top garden which has some of the best views! especially at sunset. perfect location, 20 min walk to old town but right down the road from the big night bazaar. motorcycles can be rented from reception.

Mold in the shower, on the shower head. Mold even on the picture in the sleeping room. Dusty in general, and several spots like on the fridge it's covered with for dust from a long time ago. Air-conditioner buzzing is noisy in the sleeping room. Clothes of previous people still around. Balcony door was broken and couldn't get locked. Overall disappointed cause it's not what the advertised photos showed

No room info,re fire or emergency contact. No instructions how to use microwave as in Thai. No chair on very small balcony. Iron not working but no ironing board. For the size of the building only 12 loungers at pool and you need to go early. Other than lady at check in staff in tour office not helpful and have very little English. Sofa bed in very small living room very uncomfortable. Bed only 1 pillow and my partner found it lumpy.

Unit with strong cigarette odor, no pots, pans, cooking utensils, really rough bed with limited linen, no toilet paper, garbage bags or dish soap. The unit is beyond uncomfortable and the building staff lack good manners. I was refused a refund and instead was provided with 2 knives, a pan and a coffee maker. Avoid if you’re looking for a bare minimum level of comfort.
