The huge swimming pool, not so noisy guests, nice staff, garden well kept, location

Only one gripe. Air con is dated and upon arrival it was very noisy. Come bedtime, we couldn't sleep due to the grating noise coming from the unit. We called reception and they came and cleaned it. It took approx 30 mins. We were asked if we wanted to change Bungalows, but at 10pm we waited until the unit was cleaned. Happy to say it worked so much better after and hummed away in an acceptable level.

Lovely resort. Quiet resort even though it was near the main road. Beautiful grounds. Huge swimming pool. Plenty of sun lounges for guests. Peaceful. Food excellent and huge selection at breakfast. Sunbed towels are in the rooms. Free glass bottles water in rooms. Showers are excellent. Hot water. Happy hour 5pm-6pm at pool bar. 90 baht for a Chang beer, so worth it at happy hour. Get 2 beers for 90 baht. Staff are pleasant and attentive. We had the buffet on Saturday 499 baht each. It was worth it. Live music too. This is only Saturdays. Hotel has food to buy throughout the day so you can eat there at lunch and dinner. Good prices.

Everything would have been perfect but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable.

Huge room. Stayed in a One bedroom Deluxe King with pool access. Excellent pool and loved the garden it's a relaxing atmosphere. It's walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Good Breakfast. Excellent customer service. Made an error with my booking and the Hotel fixed it for us and have refunded the money without any issues.

Unfortunately the air conditioner in our room was inadequate for the size of the room.

A peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can unwind in the beautiful garden-like setting or take a dip in the pool. Breakfast featured a wide variety of choices to satisfy all tastes. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Things we disliked are more related to how the rooms themselves are designed. There was only one big window for the whole room and it was hardly sufficient. This is expedited by the lack of bright electric light for the living space and there were only two places to plug in your power adaptor.

It's an exceptionally well kept place to stay. The breakfast is very varied. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The resort itself is well away from the main street while keeping a close proximity to all you could ask for. The garden is also just a pleasure to be in.

Too many sun beds being reserved by the same people. Silly towel coding system for different rooms. No towel station. Still in need of modernisation, but won’t stop me staying. Breakfast sometimes lacking… ran out of teabags and orange juice by 8:30 am! Send someone to Lotus…. It’s next door!

Breakfast was first class, slow on the coffee machine. Large rooms just what we wanted. Pity the Germans took all of the loungers round the pool, before we had even got up. We must make an effort to get before 6 a.m. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear, but nevertheless a good place to stay. No real complaints, would recommend it to others.

WiFi is not on the standard as it should be in 2023, despite the nice hotel and the great mall Pattaya as a location is not to recommend (horrible beach, city center is awful, unfortunately the bad reputation is well deserved)

Very friendly staff, very clean, wonderful plants and well arranged, great pool, unfortunately only to warm, restaurant has very good quality, the Terminal 21 mall in the other side of the street is a true experience (food choices are amazing, nice shop and so much nice details (don’t miss the toilets)
