Thailand1 review“Excellent value for the facilities and will definitely go back again.”The room service menu is very small. I called to ask about room service and the staff didn’t tell me the restaurant menu was much bigger. They only said room service is THB 20 more expensive. So I could have ate at the restaurant vs room service. Also staff coming to deliver the room service not very friendly at all. While staff at the restaurant and concierge much friendlier.
The bed was very comfortable, the jacuzzi and swing on the balcony was exceptional and the pool very big and easy to get too.

The resort is fabulous for golfers and families. The Best Pool in Hua Hin! Rooms and beds are comfortable.

Very beautiful place to stay in a relaxing environment. Excellent golf course which is well maintained to a high standard. Rooms are modern and clean with fantastic views over the pool and garden. Huge pool area with water slide and grotto waterfall. Everyone enjoyed swimming there. Good breakfast and restaurant.

Front reception Yuyi was gracious enough to grant me a quiet room. On the second day, the very rude and impertinent staff Kin decided to deliberately patronise me by inserting everyone next to me! This extremely bitter individual literally filled up all the rooms surrounding my room whilst leaving the other sections totally empty! Void of any guests! I had a terrible time! When I contacted Kin about the boisterous neighbour surrounding me, she literally laughed into my face, made a mockery out of me and tongue in cheek told me it’s not her problem but mine! In all my years of Globetrotting, I have never encountered such an obnoxious and abhorrently impertinent staff like Kin! She is a total disgrace and a terrible liability to the fine hospitality and tourism industry! I definitely don’t recommend this place. There are many nice and professional staffs around in Sheraton Hua Hin but this is definitely NOT THE PLACE. Eric Room 113.
