There was no lifeguard on duty so I don't understand why the pool was closed until 9 am. It would have been nice to take an early morning swim.

Everything was perfect. Including the staff. They made me feel right at home. Maid service was top-notch. And very attentive to details. Some went above and beyond what I would consider standard service. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Amazing place to stay right on the beach. Has everything you could need and more. Breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had anywhere. Amazing grounds and the elephant bar serving top class cocktails and the sounds from the fantastic band that play in the bar are so good. But the best thing about this place is the staff. From check in to check out. The wait staff in the breakfast area,the bar girls in the elephant bar the front desk and the guys on the front gate you couldn't fault any of them. Special mention to the our housekeeper(I cant think of her name) but we were in room 066. Always checked on us everyday. So pleasant in the morning and in the evenings . She is a real credit to the hotel.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was not huge, but very well appointed. The grounds are stunning with great facilities. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast selection was excellent and of very high quality.

Weather was very humid, and airconditioned areas limited (lobby, coffee, restaurants). It's a very spacious resort. Room, beach and street access turned out to be rather far.

A beautiful resort, perfectly located on the beach and close to Hua Hin center. A spacious resort, serene lovely gardens, nice large pools. Great service and food. Very rich breakfast. Great COAST restaurant. A great option for a peaceful exclusive experience.

could have had the smells of thailand in the rooms eg lemon grass .Not enough flowers around none in the rooms . Chairs with tables around the verandas and walkway could have had flowers just needed the extra touch of thailand to make it beautiful

The room was very clean and cosy, styled great and the bed was the most comfortable of my Thailand stay. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want and all quality. the Grounds were spacious, well maintained and the pool was supurb with beach within metres. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, feel like home, the bed is super comfy and the balcony is huge, I wish I could stay in this hotel for months!!! The staff here are amazing, everybody super nice, they’re on point with everything. And I love to take a little walk inside the garden anytime I feel like it, very safe, very peaceful! hands down, best hotel I ever stayed in my life!!!

I simply don’t understand how anyone could resist staying at Centara when visiting Hua Hin, subject to budget of course, although when I last visited it offered excellent value for money. Perhaps for some visitors it might appear old-style but for me that is one of the key attractions. The buildings are traditional and grand, and the gardens which reach down to the beach are extensive and superbly tended. The staff, who are also traditionally and impeccably presented, are both charming and always obliging. In particular, the range of amenities, dining options, pools, water frontage and central location combine to make the Grand Centara the complete resort. For me it has become not just my choice in Hua Hin but a favourite destination of mine in Thailand.
