Really easy shuttle pickup too and from airport, staff really friendly and happy to help with anything. Upgraded my room with a view of the airport runway which was a lovely surprise. Defintely will use again.

The road in front of the hotel is very busy and it is not so easy to go across the road for market.

The hotel is clean. We prefer this hotel because it is nearby airport and have shuttle to the airport. The personels are helpful and friendly.

Didn’t see enough of it, arrived at 6pm checked out at 7am the next day. Only thing I would say is for a 5 star hotel the facilities wasn’t 5 star

Dated bathroom with old bath and ill fitting plug. Thin and rough towels. Minimal toiletries, you had to ring reception for ear buds, shaver etc. Not clear whether breakfast was included in price, found out in the morning at the restaurant and paid 450 BHT which was a bit expensive I feel but food was ok.

The pick up arrangement and comms with hotel was good. Found pick up point at airport no problem. 15 min drive to hotel in mini bus. Check in was easy. Room was large with very big bed, clean but dated bathroom, TV, fridge, safe. Free water, tea n coffee. Return trip to airport was good. Quiet despite being on main road but I was on the 6th floor. Nice view at night. Staff were nice.

Had dinner on arrival. Waited 30 mins for both entre and mains to arrive at the same time. Not good, especially as there were only 5 people in the restaurant.

We were worried about not being able to book the shuttle bus until you check in; this wasn’t a problem in the end but did cause us a bit of nervousness!

The location was perfect for us (family of 4) as we needed a crash pad for a night before our international flight. The family room was very very spacious and the beds were very comfy. Everything was very clean and check in was very efficient; we even got an upgrade. The hotel shuttle bus to and from the airport was a massive bonus too.

Unfortunately we had broken towels on both days. Holes and grey. That doesn't have to be the case. Even a hotel in this class could do better. The air conditioning was unfortunately a little noisy.

The hotel was ok. We wanted to be close to the airport and we had it. The view from the room was street. The room but otherwise really ok. The breakfast was also ok. Egg dishes were freshly prepared. You could actually find everything here. The shuttle service was also ok. We had to wait a bit at the airport and they took photos of us without asking. We didn't think that was ok. But it seemed to have been done by all guests from other hotels where there was a shuttle service. There was no explanation for this.

The internet was very bad! There was only internet in the room in front of the door. The meal in the lobby bar was mediocre, one of the most expensive during the entire trip to Thailand. This meal did not deserve such a price. The pool water smelled and was dirty.
