There were some parts of the hotel that seemed abandoned or nobody was taking care of. We asked for a take away breakfast, as their breakfast is from 8:00 am and we needed to take our boat sooner. They packed us a very poor breakfast, bottle of water, an orange juice, a small orange and a cheese sandwich that was not good at all. After seeing that the normal breakfast is buffet, I would have hoped they put more efforts on our take away breakfast… so do not count on any breakfast if you are leaving before 8:00 am.

The staff is very friendly, the swimming pool in front of the beach is ideal and very quiet environment.

Chairs were very hard, wooden sunbeds were old and in need of tlc or replacement. A very good addition to the accommodation would be a ceiling fan on the balconies.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable (except the chairs). Excellent food at a reasonable price for a hotel. Perfect location for pool and beach.

I refuse to stay anywhere else on Koh Samui !!!! These people are like family to me ……This is the most bang for your buck that you’ll receive on the island in my opinion……the beach is beautiful the rooms are exactly what Thailand is about……..and you rarely her voices ……just nature !!!!!! I love it here !!!!!! Book it immediately…….take it from someone who has stayed all over the island …….

It is easy to book a taxi via apps or reception or get around on your own. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Proximity to the pier for Lomprayah ferry to get to other islands. Amazing authentic restaurant Baan Tanai just 5 minutes walking from the hotel. We extended our stay and would come back in the future!

There was electric cables hanging above the bed that first scare us, but there use to be a fan I guess. Shower didnt have a pressure, but hot water was in shower.

Location excellent! Right on the beach, quiet area. Not restaurants near by, but we rented motorbike from hotel so it was fine. Room was bit old, but clean and we didnt saw any ants, cocroats etc. Small mosquitos on terrace, but because they had many plants outside area.

Location is bit remote but we were aware of it. The way to the nearby village is not the most pleasant walk but it's short distance, 10 minutes. It was easy to order a taxi there.

Our bungalow was very spacious and clean. Swimming pool is great and we liked the fact that the resort is located almost at the beach. The breakfast didn't have a lot of options but it was tasty. There is a nice little restaurant on the beach that offers cheap and very tasty food. We also enjoyed a very good massage at the beach, seconds away from the hotel. 5 minutes away there are few small restaurants and massage places but overall not much going on. They help with finding day trips and it's possible to the laundry.

Sunbeds around the pool could do with an overhaul as some were a bit dodgy.

2nd year we have stayed in room B52 three bungalows from the beach. Room was spotlessly clean, new fresh crisp bed linen and towels, cleaned at your convenience and very reasonably priced. Excellent beach location. All of staff were very friendly. It is very very quiet but that is what we wanted.

Terrace at bungalow B45 (number 6 in the row) does not have sea view, but looked out on the neidhbour’s fence.

In that part of island beach is great but you have nothing to see as for the town. There is much restorants, markets nearby .

Staff was great, lovely beach with palm trees, swimming pool with sea view, breakfast was good, lovely ambient around bungalows.
