ThailandThe service at the hotel does not correspond to either 5 stars or the name Marriott. It seems that every request, every order causes horror among the staff. It seems that there are instructions for guests in the rooms, they even seem to contain information, but the QR code for the menu in the room service had to be taken in the restaurant, and the number to order was pressed at random, since many hotels use 0. This is more like a newly opened hotel, team absolutely not worked. I would really like to see the old Rayong Marriott with the high hospitality service that the entire coast knew.
A wonderful hotel located on a beautiful beach. The rooms are large, but the hotel feels like it lacks maintenance

ThailandYour ads is offer room mountain view with 2 beds , but reality is only 1 bed. You should change your offer to prevent people reserved this type by different from what you offer . If totally different of when we check-in and what Rayong Marriott's staff say. Solution of hotel supervisor in charge at that time not well perform to us. Even don't know what in Booking advertise to customer (us) and just insist that this type of room is only 1 bed provide, it not ok. So please improve this matter, it not our responsible of what you offer in website, Rayong Marriott & Booking propose wrong advertise to customer and should be improve. at that time we receive late mitigation service.

SloveniaMost of all I liked the staff. The kind staff, especially in the restaurant, makes your day. Everything is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, the pool and sea are amazing, best sea view I have ever seen. The food is extremely good and I also liked the facilities for kids. The room is a bit old but clean. I recommend this resort if you plan to visit Rayong.

United StatesI paid a high premium for the view I saw on the website however unlike what the photo showed, the are several buildings between the hotel and the beach that blocked the view. The aircon in the fish bar restaurant was filthy dirty, I think it had not been cleaned for years.the “cocktails” at the pool bar was nearly absent of any alcohol. What was there was watered down so the drinks taste like water. A &10 dollar glass of water. The aircon in the room was so load I could not sleep at all.

AustraliaThere was an Indian wedding on during our stay, they were unable to avoid our entire experience being interrupted constantly, I spoke to concierge three times during a two night stay. The first time, some wedding party woman interrupted my check in to ask questions about the bathrooms. The second time, I had to write my questions down on a piece of paper for the loud drumming. The third time was to ask what time the lawn party would finish. (10:30pm on the dot, but it was very loud from around 6 pm. They only have one restaurant open untill Thursday, it’s a boring three days for lunch dinner and breakfast. Poolside service is snail like, like at least an hour and it may take an hour to find someone to take your order. The slowness could have been due to the wedding… I’ll never know, cause I won’t be back.

United KingdomThe food was not great (chicken and vegetables were defrosted at the last minute) and over priced, there weren't that many healthy food options for toddlers. We staid over the week and most bars and restaurants in the hotel were shut leaving us with very little choices. Even though many rooms seemed to be available we were placed right next to a family of older children which were very loud and woke our baby up a few times. The maid also woke our baby up from her nap on our second day (the 'make up the room' light wasn't on). Regarding the room itself, The pillows were uncomfortable, the bath plug was broken so we couldn't us the bath on our first day (it was a key fixture for us) and the Air Con unit was broken (we could't regulate the temperature) so we had to sleep without the Aircon which luckily was fine at that time of the year.The place was generally ran down (e.g. aquarium was dirty, lagoon pool was murky) so even though the setting remains pleasant it was not managed to the standards we were expecting.
Located on the beach and nice playing areas for our toddler. We had a nice panoramic view on the ocean. Staff is friendly.
